Sean has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout every project. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly second to none. Every piece I have brought in has been beautifully restored and brought back to life, and with each custom design, my vision was not only understood, but executed flawlessly. T. recently created a custom ring for me using several sentimental pieces of my own, and the result was exactly as I had imagined. The design was intricate and delicate, thoughtfully curated with remarkable attention to detail while still preserving the meaning behind each piece. He transformed something deeply personal into a timeless ring that I will always love and cherish.

I don't mind no smiles, but some employees there had sneaky eyes and ways of lying to your face about two different types of coins being the same because that narrative suited their side. After six months of being strung along, we finally received a full refund. While we're relieved to…read morehave our money back, it does not erase what was one of the most frustrating, exhausting, and disappointing customer experiences we have ever had. My fiancé proposed in November, but the original engagement ring was not what he had designed or what we had discussed. The side profile was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the design we had asked for. Instead of acknowledging that the original execution missed the mark, we were told that the only way to achieve the look we wanted was to purchase a larger diamond and start over. Trusting their expertise, we agreed and spent an additional $2,500 on a new diamond, a new setting, and labor. That second diamond became another major issue. We later discovered that the diamond we were sold was asymmetrical. What makes this even more concerning is that the diamond report showed it was from 2024, meaning it had already been sitting in inventory for quite some time. We were rushed through the process of purchasing this stone and were never shown the diamond verification report before making the purchase. Had we been given the opportunity to review the report beforehand, we would have never agreed to that diamond. Instead, we trusted the professionals we were paying to guide us through one of the biggest purchases of our lives. Looking back, the entire situation left us feeling like we were taken advantage of and that we were the ones left carrying the consequences of a decision we did not have all the information to make. The problems continued from there. Because the ring was being rushed to be completed before Christmas, we received the new ring with obvious flaws in the gold that required it to be remade. After that was corrected, we picked it up again only to discover the center stone was loose enough to rattle. We brought it back to be fixed, and when we returned to pick it up again, the stone was still loose. That was the final straw. I was completely dumbfounded that Brian, the jeweler, felt comfortable handing over a ring that still had the exact issue it had supposedly been repaired to fix. After everything we had already experienced, it was impossible to understand how that ring was considered ready to leave the store. At that point, we would have been on the fifth version of this engagement ring. Throughout this entire process, Stephanie, Brian, and other staff members made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience rather than legitimate issues that deserved accountability. Instead of feeling supported, we repeatedly felt dismissed and spoken down to while trying to resolve problems with a ring we had already invested so much into. After finally receiving our refund, we shared our full experience, documentation, photos, and timeline with multiple highly respected jewelers. Their reactions were shocking. They were completely dumbfounded by the combination of the diamond situation, the lack of transparency around the report, the repeated workmanship issues, and how this entire situation was handled. At the end of the day, we walked away feeling completely taken advantage of. We trusted this business to guide us honestly through an incredibly meaningful purchase, and instead spent six months dealing with stress, disappointment, repeated trips to the store, anxiety over losing the center stone, and a ring that never should have made it through quality control. The refund was the right outcome, but it does not erase the experience. If you are considering making a major jewelry purchase here, please ask for every report and certification before buying, get independent opinions, and make sure you are completely comfortable before moving forward. We wish we had.

Absolutely the BEST PLACE to buy jewelry and especially engagement rings!…read more My now fiancé and I had a fantastic experience with DJ while shopping for an engagement ring. He and the rest of the staff are super helpful and make the whole experience feel special. Even though we are younger, they never made us feel unimportant or ignored. When it came to the ring exploration stage, DJ made sure to walk us through everything that goes into making a diamond ring, giving us all our options and letting us examine everything, big and small. He also made a point to help us make our money go the furthest instead of just trying to upsell like many other places. Additionally, he was always responsive when we had questions or needed any alterations. Then, when it came to buying the ring for the special day, the staff was always great about making it feel like your Super Bowl and making sure everything went off without a hitch. Then, when it came to the post proposal stage, they were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They gave my fiancé cleaning supplies, a jewelry tray, and free cleanings for life in the store! We also had a small issue with the bands being a little too small, and they adjusted her rings free of charge, which was a wonderful surprise. They also have a great insurance provider (Zillion) that covers you internationally and is super affordable, which was a nice, thoughtful choice from them. I truly can't say enough good things! Thank you DJ and the rest of the DD staff for making this the best experience possible, and making our engagement special!

My fiancé brought our engagement ring to get engraved here. The ring is white gold (18K plated with…read morerhodium). Immediately after he proposed, I noticed the band had yellow spots around the engraving. Upon closer inspection, we believe that it was caused here after the engraving, when they polished it. My fiancé and I came back to raise the issue, we politely explained the above and that we believe it happened here because I have barely worn the ring (it's been less than a week). They said they caused no damage before even inspecting the ring closely. I gently handed over the ring to them, but they only looked at it with the naked eye. They returned the ring by placing it on the glass counter (not in a gentle manner) instead of handing it back to us. When you go to jewelry stores, jewelry is carefully placed on velvet because you're dealing with fine pieces in a luxury business. While my fiancé said he inspected the ring in the store after the engraving and polishing, he was fixated on the engraving and not looking for yellow spots (under certain light, the spots are difficult to notice). I noticed the yellow spots under full white light. They said that the yellowing could be because of skin contact and reactivity, but I've barely worn the ring (it's only been a week) and the yellow spots are not uniformly distributed where my skin makes contact. I'm super careful with jewelry (I don't do chores with it, I don't wear it to bed, I don't cook with it, I don't shower with it). I thanked them for the engraving regardless of the issue we believe they caused. I posted this review on Google Maps, and the store immediately replied defensively stating that it was our fault, and they again argued that it must be because I have acidic skin. My fiancé called them back to further discuss, and they offered to re-plate the ring at no cost without admitting any wrongdoing. My fiancé is a gentleman and good with his words, he displayed patience with the store, and neutral ground was reached, but I'm afraid trust has been broken because it shouldn't have taken so much time and stress by my fiancé to arrive at what is such a simple resolution. Jewelry is precious, and engagement rings even more so because of the emotional significance. When dealing with luxury items and jewelry - trust, professionalism, and customer awareness are paramount. Unfortunately I don't have trust to return here again, and we will fix our engagement ring elsewhere.
