They have a huge selection of Pokémon products, including sets that are almost impossible to find in stores these days. They're also really fair when buying Pokémon cards. My son recently sold part of his collection there and he was very happy with the offer he received. Zach is really great to deal with very honest and he knows his stuff. I don't just come to Arnold's for Pokémon. I've sold scrap gold there before too. I like that they show the live scrap gold price in their website so you know what to expect. They're one of the best family-owned jewelers I've been to. I also want to give a special thank you to Zach for the kindness and patience he showed my autistic daughter when she came in to sell/buy Pokémon cards. He told me all he could give me was gold value, which I took. I was crushed when I went on their website less than a week later and found my ring listed for 3,700. When I picked it up, it was still noticeably too loose and did not reflect what was shown to me or what I requested. When I reached out to have it corrected, I was told I would need to pay again for another resize. Charging a customer twice when the original request wasn't properly met is disappointing. Great customer service. The jewelry I bought from there was much lower priced from the 4 to 5 other places that I went to check out. They even let me design a new wedding ring for my wife using the original ring and other diamonds sold to me from there. I bought a Rolex Watch for almost $1,200 less than the other shops. They also took time to inform me how to identify a fake one from the real ones. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. After my mother passed my father and I had sorted out the possessions of higher value and after personally using Arnold's before I recommended to my Dad we use them for this. The staff is always friendly and very professional. The buyers of metals/coins are well trained in their field, seemingly very knowledgeable. Yes, they are buying these precious metals at wholesale prices but they seem very fair in their monetary offerings and we felt we can trust their valuations. After her collection was fully assessed (about an hour, it was somewhat large) we were given the "buy" figure and it was more than we had expected. After agreeing, within minutes they cut us a paper check. After perusing the sales display area as "They Sell Stuff Too!".... They do have a nice collection of some beautiful and interesting pieces. The estate jewelry they buy is cycled through the sales section for a period of time before going to "melt" materials. I went in today and could not get anyone to even acknowledge my presence. There was a woman behind a laptop who I presume unlocked the door for me. Upon entering no one even made eye contact or gave me a nod or said anything like we'll be with you soon. There were two women behind the counter helping customers and a man working on some watches. I went over to the left where I saw a man and he said that he was on the buying side. I went back and stood for several more minutes. Finally I got the woman behind the lap tops attention. Said I needed watch repair and she pointed me to the man repairing watches. Igot his attention briefly. He said something I could not hear and made no attempt to help me. Seems like either poor management to not have a system to show customers where they can be helped or wait, or apathetic staff. So, I did not feel welcome or that my business was wanted so Iwill take it elsewhere. read more

I have done business with Arnold Jewelers for over 10 years. I purchased my wife's engagement ring, wedding ring, my Rolex watch, two mens rings for myself among other things over the years (wife's earrings, watch batteries etc.) I have always been told that their policy is, trade-in value is 100% of what you paid on trade in. I purchased a mens 3 diamond ring less than a year ago $1500.00 and it broke (being a hollow gold ring) that I was not aware of. Long story short, they would not fix the ring or even give me 50% "scrap price" of what I paid for the ring less than a year ago. I was told they could give me a "store credit" of $900.00. I went up the street to Johnston Jewelers and purchased a ring of my liking, with a trade-in of my "scrap" ring from Arnold's Jewelers. Let me say that Johnston Jewelers treated me like GOLD!!!
