I can relate to others who might have had the impression that the front desk staff were unfriendly, but once I engaged in conversation, I found them to be pleasant and accommodating. The message stations are only separated by curtains, so the privacy seemed a bit compromised. It was very busy and a bit chaotic during the massage. That all being said, the therapist was very calm and friendly. She focused on areas that I told her felt stressed. Overall I was satisfied, but I think the environment needs improvement. read more

I came all the way from Southwest to get a couples massage and she of course didn't schedule correctly. I called Friday morning for a Sunday afternoon massage. The receptionist was not very apologetic. I think they should get another person if she can't keep up. She the receptionist seems to be irritated. She needs a massage or another job. They are very attentive and always ask if the pressure is ok, they ask you about any problem areas, they really take their time in areas that need more attention. They dropped my disabled ex-wife on the floor onto her left shoulder. She has since been to urgent care for X-Rays, Emergency room for CT scan and to an Orthopedic surgeon for an steroid shot in her left shoulder. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I absolutely love coming here for massages! The ambiance is very relaxing and comfortable. They have an all female staff and they really pamper you from head to toe! I love getting the 90 minute massage which is a full body massage with a foot soak and foot rub. Each masseuse has always been mindful of what you ask for and I've had massages at high end resorts and other massage chains that done even compare to the ones I've received here. As good as this place was, it has gotten even better. The interior has been changed significantly to have formal beams + curtains separating the rooms for increased privacy. The best part is that they haven't even thought to increase their prices! They've also hired a lot more staff. I've had one less than perfect experience when one of the masseuses had way too long nails and was digging into my skin, but otherwise the services are blissful and euphoric. This most recent time, my masseuse ended my massage by rubbing some Thai ointment that was delightfully warm and tingly. I haven't seen Nash in a while and it has been harder to get a walk-in appointment. I highly recommend you give this place a shot, but call them first to check on availability. read more

I've been coming here for years. Started off paying $35 for a 1 hour massage. Prices have increased like everything else. A 1 hour massage is now $50. I love coming here but the beds could be a bit more comfy, my lower back was hurting during the foot soak. The reason for my 3 stars is because my husband and I went in for a couples massage...his therapist kept talking to my therapist during the foot massage and making her laugh. Honestly, it was a bit rude as we went in to relax...don't know where the receptionist was today but my therapist stopped in the middle of my service to go answer the phone. I always recommend this place to my clients and may continue to but please be respectful of your sign out front. read more

It was my first visit here this afternoon. As I stepped inside the door, the lighting and the smell of the place were already soothing. I chose 60-minute foot and back massage combo. My shoulders and upper back was bothering me for quite a bit lately. I didn't tell my masseuse much about my problem. I just mentioned "shoulders". She found the right spots and worked on them really good, intensively. I have had Thai massage in Thailand, and this place reminded me of the the real Thai massage. It feels like I have a new body and soul The whole experience was AWESOME. I would give more than 5 stars for rating. It was a great way to end my busy work week. I called when they opened at 9:30 to ensure I get an appointment. Thankful I made an appointment for 1:30 pm instead of walking in! They were busy when I walked in. It looks kind of sketchy at first whith all the windows covered looking in but that's to block the sun out for clients. I requested a lady massuese and glad I had Jeep, super sweet lady! I was then led to a private "room" separates by thin curtains and held together by flower clips in the gaps. As I undressed, I made sure no one "accidentally" peeped in from next door. When Jeep returned, she asked me if I had any problem areas. I told her migraines on my left side as well as sciatica. She focused more on my sciatica and neck and shoulder to relieve tension and her fingers and elbows are made of steel! I had to ask her to put less pressure because I have thin skin lol but I felt knots, even some hidden ones melt away. I am definitely hydrating well afterwards. I really like this place. I've been several times now and here's my experience: 1) You can usually call same day and book an appointment for later on that day, even within an hour or so. I find that super convenient because I don't always plan days or weeks in advance. 2) Although the prices did increase from 2018 to 2019 its still a really good deal! 3) Customer service is great from the time you call to make the appointment until you pay for your massage at the end. Good communication! 4) No strange smells or noises going on so that you can really get relaxed. Although, it is better to get a room towards the back of the establishment because in the rooms up front you can hear everyone coming in/out. Overall, a great place to get an inexpensive, relaxing massage. Highly recommend! read more

My foot massage was incredible! I hiked a little over 6 miles in tennis shoes and my feet were killing me, Ta did an amazing job! It's like he knew exactly where to focus his energy and strength. I usually don't get massages (been around 5yrs since the last), but since then I've been a frequent customer on around a monthly basis (my wife too). The loss of one star was due to the ambiance of the place. It was a bit noisy and my massage was interrupted by a loud customer who came in and was talking very loudly with the owner. Of course, I cannot expect extreme quiet, being this is a group massage area. On top of this unexpected interruption, the music playing was not very tranquil... An example would be a cover of the song Pretty Woman with oriental flutes. Too fast of a tempo. Soon after all of these fast songs played, some nice and peaceful "zen" music was put on. That was a good moment. The smells were nice too, ranging from musky incense to a sweet, almost perfume-like melon scent in the oil/lotion. Other than that, the massage was STELLAR for the price. I do not know the woman's name who gave me a massage, but she really worked hard and put a lot of "umph" into the massage. You can tell when the massage is lackluster, but this was far from it. The therapist was almost out of breath by the time she was done working on me and the heat on her hands from the friction was at a therapeutic level. Well done. Recommendation for the owner: Put up a "Quite Please" sign on the door and in the waiting area. Heated eye bags are nice too. Bottom line: You should still check this place out and see for yourself!! read more

Like many of the other reviewers, I had driven past here many times and said, "I really need to go in there one day." Today, I went and I'm SO impressed! The atmosphere is so wonderful and relaxing...just what I needed. They were very friendly and the massage professional was very thorough. I have some area in one of my shoulders where I have knots and I've had those for years. She really worked on those for a very long time so I know they are great at what they do and could detect my trouble areas. You definitely can't beat the price, and the service is great!
