During the pedicure, the technician was distracted talking with another customer while doing callus removal and gouged healthy skin deeply enough to cause bleeding as well. I also had to request a bandaid myself afterward. I was also surprised that I left with my hands and cuticles feeling very dry and dehydrated rather than moisturized, especially after a salon service. The pedi technician apologized multiple times, which I appreciated, but I was surprised there was no adjustment to the bill or gesture offered after multiple cuts, bleeding, and discomfort during the service. I truly think the staff meant well, but the overall experience... I need a new manicure for dry skin, need possible antibiotics for injuries so $ for urgent care visit. :(
