While I have been using Jon's services for a good 10+ years now, I have had neck and upper back issues since the beginning of COVID with the whole working from home situation, poor posture, etc. Jon has been truly exceptional, he first helped identify the issue, provided exercises and stretches to help, and even recommended a good chiropractor (at my request - so no pushy practices here). One thing that has had me going back again and again to Activate Living Massage Therapy, and Jon more specifically, is his talent. I have had my share of "relaxation" massage and while they are lovely, I don't leave feeling better... Jon has been able to provide great muscle therapy, deep tissue massage and address the problems I have experienced over the years! You can also book his services online, he now has a second location in Kanata... While his availability goes fast, he is always available for urgent appointment and squeezes you in as needed. His experience in sport medicine makes him a great resource to tap into again and again. I have recommended Jon many a time and will continue to do so in a heartbeat.

Ashiatsu sounded new and different and I gotta tell ya it rocked my world. Nicole is a total pro at what she does. You can tell how an RMT touches you their level of experience. Nicole is the real deal. Her feet worked out kinks , knots and crooks at a deeper level than any other standard massage. I feel like one ashiatsu massage equals 3 regular massages.
