It put quite the damper on what to expect for food if our drinks were this bad. Our food came out shortly after we got our drinks. However, the baguette sandwich wasn't anything to write home about. It was dense and pretty dry. The bagel sandwich on the other hand exceeded my expectations. I didn't have high hopes especially after having the coffee and trying the baguette sandwich, but the bagel was perfection. The cheddar on the bagel was toasted and crushed to perfected, the cheese, egg, and veggie combo was fluffy and gooey. On two separate occasions, the lid wasn't fully on, which caused hot coffee to spill in my car. That's not only messy but also a safety concern. Lastly, the service has been disappointing. During one visit, the staff member was noticeably rude, and to make matters worse, a $3 tip was added without my consent. Overall, I'm really disappointed, especially after trying multiple locations.
