We ordered the pancake bites, which were light and fluffy!! I could have had a huge bowl of these, sitting on the couch, with syrup, would have made my visit. It felt dismissive, especially when I was just trying to order something I've safely had before. I came in hoping to enjoy a simple outing with my boyfriend, and instead left feeling frustrated and excluded. If policies have changed, that's fine--but consistency, communication, and basic customer service go a long way.
