As I was progressing with mine, I realized that I was missing some blue beads so I went to the store to try & purchase them separately. They didn't sell them separately so I went to see if Tammy was in that day & had any suggestions because she was so helpful originally. Low & behold Tammy was in. I shared my experience with her. This is what she did for me. She opened up another kit the same as mine & not only gave me the blue colour I needed but also gave me two other colours that she thought I may need. Lots of make & takes, contests, photobooth, prizes, interesting workshops and best part.... the 2 day all day crop :D If you're thinking WTF? Think of it like this... 2 days doing what you love ! No distractions and perhaps with some good friends! Purchase your tickets early. I noticed some of the workshops sell out fast ! Max 25 seats for the classes. I guess that's why. The staff far outnumbered the customers and were a little too pushy. Are customers not allowed to wander and look at the products anymore? If staff don't see eye to eye with each other, perhaps they could wait until potential customers have left the store. One of the employees was trying hard to end the heated discussion by suggesting they talk about this later in private but the other kept pushing - not professional.

We knew were were in great hands with Vasken from the get-go.​ We were referred to Vasken by a close friend that also purchased his engagement ring from here. With any big purchase, we had to do our due diligence by shopping around and even saw a family friend that owns a jewelry store who said "if he can get you that diamond at that price, go with him." Vasken has the diamonds on site for you to physically see, he explains everything there is to know about the stones, settings and quality. He really took the time to get to know us and answer all questions. Every visit with Vasken was exciting and we left with excitement for the final product. When I got my ring last week, I can truly say it turned out 100x better than I even imagined. Of course I had a style and look in mind but he took that vision and created a ring that surpassed both of our expectations. We cant wait to refer him to other friends and family!
