I entered on a quiet lunch to discover the loved stools of my youth. The equipment was original. I ordered a bacon cheeseburg deluxe and it came exactly as I remembered. Leaf lettuce, tomato, perfect slice of onion. Fries were uniformly perfect. Loved watching students come in to order real milkshakes made with ice cream on ancient Hamilton Beach mixers. We waited about 15 - 20 minutes before we even got coffee, because the waitress said she didn't see us, despite passing us a number of times. When we were ordering breakfast, she said we could use the buffet, which would be quicker. We did, however, the food did not stay hot very long and cost $4.00 more, than eating off the menu.
