    Deluxe Pepperoni pizza

I've always had great pizza here. In the rather bland food area of Brampton (for me anyway) this little gem of an Italian restaurant offers perhaps the best pizzas I've ever had along with great pastas and salads. My go to place in Brampton

Hello foodies today I bring you an italian restaurant and take out joint that has been featured on various tv shows and is legendary for there italian delicacies . This casual eatery and cafe serves up the best dishes ,coffee and pastries with absolutely fresh tasty home cooked style food. Food 5/5 I have eaten here and had take out on several ocasions and there food is so fresh , home cooked flavor with the best ingredients Italian cusine has to offer. I have had their veal and steak sandwiches before but this time I opted for there ITALUAN PLATE a combination of pasta veal and your choice of veggies I got the roasted sweet and hot peppers..the meal was substantially generous in size and all I can say is amazing the tomatoe sauce was fresh and that home cooked taste not from a jar the veal was melt in your mouth tender a must try. Service 5/5 super friendly professional staff food comes out fresh and hot and fast great great service ...these guys been featured on tv as one of the best italian eateries for a reason and I agree check them out

What a terrible experience I had here!!!! Looks like the they are choosy on who dine in and who takes out. We were here for a dine - in , restaurant was half filled and we were waiting to be seated , and we waited and waited and waited. To our surprise there was no wait queue, clearly more than the half tables were available and set, I could not find reservation tag on tables. After waiting for like 10-15 mins, we tried to grab attention of their servers, one of them asked to wait for other girls to attend us, the "girls" kept passing us but did not even greet us. Then after another 5 mins my husband reached out another server standing at the counter to attend us and requested to at-least provide us a table to I can be seated, as she was idle had no other excuses she said yes and give here 2 mins and she started hiding behind the screen, as suddenly she is busy as hell on the system. After another 5 mins my husband reached out the group of these "girls" chatting and idling for a table and they said although tables are available but they cannot provide us a table as they is delay in service, my husband gently responded thats fine, I can wait for the food but atleast provide us a table and they refused and pointed us to take out menu and said we should take that instead of taking a table and right now we cannot provide you a table. So we left from the restaurant after wasting our 30 mins. Pathetic attitude of lazy workers in the restaurant. NOTE: the pictures are from previous visits. This time they did not offered us any table even though the place was half empty!!!

Excellent veal and chicken sandwiches. Lots of seats. Friendly staff. Only negatives, could use a few more employees, slow. Cash is right at the front entrance, need to use other door to allow a line to form. They have the space, clogged at the entrance.

God knows how many times I came here while on a two week work trip. Multiple lunches and multiple dinners. This place is so good! I've had a variety of their wood fired pizzas as well as panzerottis, and never once been disappointed. They've for a bunch of unique flavors as well as your classics, and they all taste great. The crust/bread is just soooooo good. Definitely have this fresh; not as good as leftovers or if you carryout and don't eat it for a while. Also very filling - I was stuffed every time, whether it was a pizza or panzerotti.

Had a horrible experience tonight. We were craving pizza and we had a good experience last time, so we decided to drive. We went and stood patiently by the sign for the table. The wait staff kept going past us for 10 mins without saying anything or offering a table, making us think if we really are invisible. We stopped one of the waitresses who was cleaning the tables and asked if we can be seated and she asked us to wait for a couple of mins as one of the girls will attend to us shortly. Waited another 5 mins, then spoke to the girl standing at the counter and she repeated the same. Waited another 5-10 mins, nobody gave a shit about attending to customers. Spoke to another lady, she said that they are still serving lunch options. I am still trying to figure out why was that relevant. We were there at 7:30 pm for dinner, asking for a table when plenty were available. There were at least 5 servers on duty and none of them had the courtesy to seat the customers standing for more than 20 mins. We just left vowing to never return.

Great find. Good food Enjoyed a fantastic pizza. (Ask for it to be well done) Served hot and fast Veal sandwich was good too. Could have used a bit more sauce and it would have been great Caesar Salad was fantastic! Super friendly service. Owner greeted us personally from the back which was a nice touch. I would come back.

This pizza is phenomenal! When we asked some locals about a good pizza a joint in the area they replied that would be tough. Found this place on Yelp and man were we blessed! Lots of pizzas to choose from, we ordered several, I can't even remember the names. However, the sauce was great, the dough spot on, and the toppings were fresh and wonderful. Unfortunately the Stromboli was sold out, we really wanted to try it. Everyone was super friendly and they also had a great selection of drinks (non-alcoholic). Give this place a go without hesitation!

    Porchetta Sandwich
    Karn And Neetu G.

I (Karn) came here PUMPED!! I had just watched the "You Gotta Eat Here" episode and I knew exactly what I was going to order --- A STROMBOLI! Neetu had the wooden oven pizzas on her mind. When we got there I was puzzled because there was no Stromboli on the menu. So I asked the employee about it, she shrugged it off and said they were sold out. I've always heard that you double down on your skills and what you're good at. If your place is known for strombolis, you should never be sold out --- either way, really disappointed in that. It was about 6PM and people were coming in for their dinners, no strombolis were had that night. I ordered the Porchetta Sandwich and an italian beer. Neetu ordered the quattro frommagio (four cheese) pizza. The meat in the sandwich was delicious, a really nice cut of pork. The bread was a bit tough to eat and didn't compliment the meat much. You can't have a tender piece of meat and a tough sandwich, c'mon! The quattro frommagio pizza was disappointing, but this is mainly our fault. It was loaded with blue cheese, and we don't like blue cheese. In our review video (see at bottom of review), neetu compared it to eating a pack of salt ---- it was really salty. The dough base and crust was perfect though, really fluffy and soft...loved that! We came out paying $38, and with a bitter taste in our mouth :P We would come back and try another pizza, and hopefully----just hopefully---there will be some damn stromboli left. After seeing the ep of "You Gotta Eat Here", I guess I sorta had to eat here?? So on a recent jaunt to B-town, I decided to stop by here to see what the hype was all about. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed for the following reasons: 1. NO STROMBOLI! - As per the show ep where the host stuffs his face with this every Kosher's-worst-nightmare of a sandwich, I order only to find out that they don't have this everyday. :( Next! 2. No gnocchi! - Coming off my Portland Built To Grill-high, I was informed that they also didn't have this on the menu, contrary to their paper menu. 3. Baked goods aren't made in-house. They're brought it. I tried a marshmallow-topped brownie and it was hard, waaay too sweet, & just not good. Who knows how long they've been sitting in that fridge! I think instead of trying to cover all their bases with baked goods/coffee/whatnot, they should just focus on their strengths, homemade pastas/sandwiches. Onto the good stuff... Steak Sandwich was solid, but at $7.75 (naked with just barely any sauce) for a regular, kaiser-sized sandwich PLUS $1 for additional toppings was a bit much, I think. It was good, but nothing better than what you can find at a good, Italian bakery for like ~$6 with free toppings! Curly Mac w/ Pomodoro Sauce - $8 for lunch portion with 1 meatball. Sauce was definitely fresh, with that lovely, bright orangey-red hue. Curly Mac was probably from dry pasta, but it was cooked to perfection, al dente! Portion was good for 2ppl/1 BIG EATER. Meatball was awhight, but it seemed to have a good portion of filler, e.g. breadcrumbs. Girl that I dealt with answered all my questions, to the point which I appreciated. Overall, it's obviously fresher, but a step up from what you would get at a reputable Italian bakery but higher prices.

Not so sure why people are so enamored with this place. See a place on TV, then suddenly it must be awesome! Not so much. It's OK. Pretty run of the mill fare, at extremely high prices. The place is an absolute zoo ever since it was on TV but I just don't get the hype. A "small" pasta in tomato sauce is a whopping $8, then they have the nerve to charge an extra $1.50 when they ask you "do you want cheese on it?" Who the hell would say no to that question, and why isn't it built into the price? Parmesan is expensive but it's not THAT expensive, just strikes me as greedy and a slap in the face. They *NEVER* have the more labor-intensive stuff that people want to try, like Stromboli or Porchetta, even though their website boasts about it. They say "oh sorry, we're sold out" but we know damn well they never had it to begin with, or made such a tiny portion of it that it's not nearly enough for their customers. Then once you are already in their shop, and they're out of everything good, you have to settle for their overpriced pasta and sandwiches. Interesting tactic, but all it does is make me want to tell people to not bother with the place. Will give it one or two more shots, and will adjust my review to be more positive if something changes. And if there is no porchetta to be found, or stromboli, or any of the stuff they show on their menu yet NEVER have in stock, then this 2 star review sticks.

    Sandwich prices and options

After work i decided to venture over to that italian place to taste the truth. I have been meaning to come here because my friend swears they have an amazing veal sandwich.I would have to agree! That Italian place is located in a little plaza on the side of Brampton that I never visit. When I walked in I noticed it was pretty busy and I saw an exchanged of nods and smiles between the chef and some customers which lead me to believe they were regulars. The line moved very quickly and the wait time was less than ten minutes. A red headed cashier took my order who was very friendly and recommended the mozzarella and mushrooms to accompany my veal sandwich as I didn't know what to choose. I also ordered a mixed berry Canolli and a brio to wash it all down. While I waited for my food I walked around and noticed the small section of Italian groceries and various kinds of bottled drinks and gelato. The place is very clean and the ac definitely works. My Canolli was delicious and bigger than most canollis. The mixed berries was a nice twist to the traditional filling somewhat reminiscent of strawberry ice cream but not as Sweet. My veal sandwich was obviously made with love. Decent portion of meat. Cheesy mozzarella, delicious sauce and meaty mushrooms. My only complaint is the price. 7.75 a sandwich +1.00 a topping and 1.50 for cheese is somewhat pricey in my book. My entire meal came to a bit over 17. I guess I could omit the cannoli and it would have been 15 for a sandwich and a drink but to me those prices are similar to California sandwich (another place that sells a great veal sandwich) which I don't visit often because I think it's pricey. I guess it depends on who your target demographic is but as a full time student I don't have 17 bucks to spend regularly on a meal. I noticed a lot of business professionals there perhaps on break and maybe that's in their price range. I would suggest a lunch time student meal of maybe a sandwich+ 2 toppings + canned pop for 8 bucks. It just seems more reasonable. But I'm still curious to try other items on the menu.

I asked for a printed photo and it came out with printer streaks, but it was okay because the cream frosting tasted amazing. Second time I was heavily disappointed. It really ruined my birthday mood. Photo was cut but cut weirdly. I gave extra space to maybe cut and hide the lines but they just left it there? Never asked me a question about frosting. I wanted a blue/aqua/turquoise cake and I got a mint green. Frosting around the cake was messy and I assume rushed and PINK. Having my least favourite colour on my 16th birthday cake was maddening. Not to mention they never asked for details? I assumed they knew what I meant when I asked for my name in a space provided but NOPE. They may as well have typed my name onto my cake photo using Snap Chat. I thought they knew to write it in frosting? NOPE. I could have forgiven all of this. All of it. If the cake tasted amazing. The cream icing tasted like the mint fluoride the dentist uses on your teeth! When I first saw the cake, I was expecting something totally different. As an artist, I would have colour matched the 'aqua' to the colour I printed but they didn't do that either! Turned out blue on the top and neon green on the sides. Don't even get me started on the chocolate shavings on the side. Clumpy mess and nothing on the top! At least match it, guys! That cake legitimately made the end of my party a drag for me. I was so excited and my guests were too but it came out like crap. I didn't have time to fix it myself or someone to. For a sweet 16 birthday full of happy memories, I hold back tears each time I think of the cake. Oh and I didn't get a discount or anything for fucking up my order. For a place where the cake artist doesn't ask questions or further details and has a 'professional opinion', they left the crispy cut edges of the cake in plan view, as well as mess up the icing or didn't even try to hide it! You could have at least used chocolate shavings to cover it but NOPE. I love cake, but just looking at that made me hate it. The only reason I didn't cry when I cut my cake was because I was surrounded by friends and family. If I had to rate my first cake: 9/10 If I had to rate my second cake: 1/10 I'm not sure what happened between those two years between both orders but you should check into that.
