The only place I trust to do my nails. This isn't your typical big-box nail salon, thankfully. Louise cares about her costumers and does an amazing job every single time. When I moved to the area I tried a few different "typical" places (I'm not from the west coast, so never knew of a full service salon that also did nails, we only had the mass-produced type places) but my nails always turned out like trash. I have super short nails and thought my only option was to get acrylic tips, but after finding Louise, I finally understand the difference between those walk-in shops and a true professional. There's obviously a reason why she's booked up if your trying to just walk in, She's that good. But, trust me, she is worth the wait if you're a new customer. I've never had any problems making appointments for fills. She goes above and beyond to accommodate. She's stayed late for me and even agreed to come in early (7am!) so I can get a quick fill before I go on vacation. Literally, the best. read more

I have been seeing Louise for years and i have followed her around a few shops. She does such an amazing job on my nails. No matter where i would go my nails would always break or chip because i am so hard on them. Louise is the only nail tech i have been to that can make sure my nails do NOT break, lift or chip. I can go with out a fill for 3weeks with no worries. And i forgot to mention how awesome she is as freehand designs. And she loves to try all the new crazy stuff which makes it fun. The shop has a great feel when you walk in and makes you wanna keep coming back. She takes pride in her work and always makes sure her clients are happy. She may not take walk-ins but that is because she is so busy with clients all day long.
