I went in on Friday, 4/17/26 in the afternoon. I left my original nail business to try this place out as it seemed nice inside/out. However, I wish I did not try this place. My appt was rushed, my fingers soaked for about a whole minute and a half. After that I was cut and much of my dead skin was NOT removed. I settled on a color because I felt again I was being rushed and at first glance the nail polish looked water down. But I thought maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me since it was a light color. My nails were also RUSHED THROUGH THE GEL MACHINE. They were pulled before it was time..... Fast forward 3 hours lasted after getting home my nail polish begins to chip on one nail. I thought maybe it's just this one. NOPE. Since getting my nails done on Friday (3 days ago) most of my nail polish has come undone on all fingers. The nail polish easily lifts as a WHOLE PIECE not just in pieces. It's bad. PICTURES ARE ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE & look at the dead skin they left. I am trying to just keep what I can on (the pictures don't show just how bad it is lifting). I paid good money and still tipped this place. Do NOT go here. read more

Last week I waited 30 min.. I made an appointment ahead of time with Cami, she was with a client when got there, so, I was ok to wait for her. I requested a new set of nails. I've gone through 3 nail technicians who've all left to open other salons. This day seemed chaotic, like nobody was in charge to keep things running smoothly. I was put at station 5 at first, then moved to 1 I believe. I sat there waiting, assuming I was waiting for Cami to finish with her client. She finished and was walking around, she never came over to me. I was confused, when I asked what's going on, everyone just looked at me. Eventually Mia came and sat down. She was texting on her phone, completely distracted, she had no idea what I was asking her, soon 3 more technicians came over, all talking amongst themselves. All this time Mia is still looking at her phone texting and distracted. By this time, I'm completely upset but can't say anything to anyone because they don't understand. I didn't know why Cami wasn't starting on my nails, she was just walking around. When Mia eventually tried to start filing my nails, she began to FaceTime on her phone!!! I was so shocked, I didn't know what to do?? At this point, I'm so completely upset and frustrated, I just got up and walked out!! I've never had an experience like this at a nail salon! I've been going to Wendy's for a couple years now. In my opinion, the shop has slowly gone downhill since Wendy left to open the Reedley salon and the restaurant. Emily left, then Billy left and it's not the same!!! I've loved the service I've been receiving at Wendy's and it's such a shame this whole situation even happened?! I'm going to schedule an appointment with Cami one more time, hopefully, this was just a bad day, a one time occurrence. $35 for gel manicure. Lots of colors to choose from. Easy booking online. Unfortunately I was not too impressed by Wendy Nails! I went in based on the good reviews for a gel manicure. One of my hands looked great! But the other hand had color on the skin, cuticles, uneven and almost chopped on the thumb. See photos. I will likely choose another salon in the future. I got my nails done just before Christmas. By the end of day one, two of my nails were breaking. I have never had my nail bed filed so thinly. It completely destroyed my nails making them extremely flexible and weak. Usually my nail beds are strong. I really liked the salon but the nail tech that did my nails destroyed them like I've never had done before. Also the nail polish itself chipped within 3 days. So disappointed. read more

The service was okay. I was serviced by one of the men in there. He seemed like he didn't want to do my nails. While he's finishing up I'm looking at my nails, and they look like their press on's. I paid $65 for these very short nails. Since I was in a rush and didn't have time that day or the next day, so I let it go. But now looking at them I still have acrylic residue on my nails. I got very basic short nails and was charged $70! My daughter's nails were basic and longer those were nearly $90. We were not explained that it'd cost extra for oval nails, or for her coffin shaped nails. I had one simple black heart and that was charged as extra for a design. My daughter had simple white lines. I was the first customers at Wendy's this morning, arriving shortly after 9:00am. I was promptly seated for the Valcano Manicure. The young man assigned to me went pack and got all the goodies for this treatment, and got started...Two arduous hours later he was finally finished, and if my finger nails were in such bad shape, I would have left. But I needed a basic manicure with polish (not gel)...This took another painstaking one hour and forty five minutes!!! When I was abruptly told I was finished (after he fanned my nails with the salon menu, and finally a small hand held fan), I got up to pay. I was already feeling pretty disappointed by my nail salon day, and then found that apparently, my nails were not yet dried and ruined them when getting my wallet out. This young man was polite and respectful, but he obviously has NOT had the training of a nail technician. Maybe instead of having a person sitting there and watching him do a terrible job, the real technician should step up and GET THE JOB DONE! read more

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I felt very rushed in my service. They didn't take their time and didn't pay attention to detail. The nail techs couldn't do a simple paint job. She kept painting my nail with lint in it. And when I would tell her, she seemed annoyed. Then I showed her the letter I wanted painted on and she kept messing up. And instead of wiping it off completely, she left a white tint over the red glitter and cured the nail. When I asked for her to fix it, she just smiled and spoke to the lady doing my pedi in their language. I could've done a better job at home. read more

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure in the Central Valley! I have had about 5 pedicures done here and all have been really good, but Emily goes above and beyond to make sure the pedicure is perfect. I will request her every time from now on because she does an incredible job, no matter how hard the task.
