Well, not only she did a sloppy job putting the hair color on where I asked her to remove the color off my forehead and on my ears, but after she washed it, there was still so much left over that when I would scratch my head, my fingernails would turn black. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting before I was contacted by the stylist via IG (because that's all they wanted to communicate on). She cancels due to not having a sitter? Unprofessional. I ask if another one of the 3 stylists could do a simple tone and no one could help. Shocking... don't go here unless you want someone to waste your time. Mind you one of the stylists was just sitting there blow drying and styling herself. Not having my instagram information seems to be a personal problem because that's the method of contact YOU choose to put in your policy -YOU should've put it down on your calendar when we booked. I handled myself graciously over DMs but all I wanted to do was cry and get angry. Vivian didn't attempt to rebook me for a later date that would work with my schedule nor offered any compensation for wasting my time. And to the stylists there - she's giving you a bad rep.
