She holster at people asking if they needed help and if they didn't answer she didn't move but stayed at the POS. Then while waiting there myself I heard her snide comments to guests if they did respond but not to her liking. In the end we ended up ordering online bras for my wife that she wasn't familiar with and ended up cancelling the order later that night by phone as we found the exact item on their website. Somewhere a hiccup in the system as we got our money back and the bras that were cancelled?? Seems that shipping trying to get orders to homes before Christmas worked to fast for them to not learn of cancellation. I think I'll stay out of this Briarwood Mall location.

Not impressed. I stopped in this morning hoping to find a bra that actually fit. When I walked in…read morethe associate asked if she could help and I relayed that my current bra didn't fit and what size I needed. She told me she would have to measure me. She did, incorrectly, and told me I needed a 38 D. That's way too big of a band and way too small of a cup. I'm currently wearing a 34 DD, which is too big in the band and far too small in the cups. She tisked at me when I told her that was wrong and insisted she knew best. I figured fine, maybe their bras are sized differently. Nope. Doesn't fit. She brings me a 36 DD to try on and insists that it fits perfectly. The band was so loose that my whole fist could fit through it, I was spilling out of the cups, and even had it as tight in the band as it would go. When I raised concerns that I was spilling out the top she loosened the straps so much that they weren't even touching my shoulders anymore. When I asked her for a smaller band and larger cup sized bra she REFUSED and told me I needed this size. I'm the customer, shouldn't I get to decide what's right for me? These bras are not cheap, and I have no problem shelling out for a bra that fits but I'm not going to buy something that does not even remotely fit me because the sales girl had some sort of weird complex. I honestly really liked some of the bras and probably would have made a purchase if the right size had been offered to me, instead I left empty handed and annoyed. I will not be going back, or if I do I'll refuse help and find a bra that fits myself.

They are able to look at a woman and GUESS what bra size she should be wearing (because you know, most of us don't wear the right size.) And after they guess they go out to the racks of bras and pick out the ones they think will fit best. And they're always right. It's AMAZING!!! I have never once been measured at Comfortably Yours and have never walked out without underpinnings that fit. The last time I went they only had a few items in my size. I found one that I loved and they ordered it for me in a few different colors. They are a bit pricey but once you know the wonder of wearing a brassiere that fits you'll gladly pay the price (besides being 1000x more comfortable you can instantly lose 10 lbs!) And they also have a great selection of pretty, feminine bras for all sizes (as opposed to a lot of places that a) don't carry your size or b) only have white/nude bras that look like they were stockpiled in the 50's for that ultimate pointy-boobed housewife look.) In addition to services for those of us with hard to fit bosoms, they also service mastectomy patients. And they have swimwear. Comfortably Yours is an oasis for those that look at Victoria's Secret and places like it, where bras are designed on the assumption that every woman looks like Gisele, and laugh at all those ladies spending too much for undergarments that won't fit and will fall apart after the first washing. Oh, and also, they don't sell sweatpants with writing on the butt. :)
