For every pair of shoes that I tried, she asked questions about fit, feel, space, etc., and brought out socks that varied in thickness, so I could see how they felt with the boots on. She never hesitated to grab more styles or sizes from the back. She seemed far more interested in helping me find the right boots than she did in selling me something. They also give a student discount (saved me about $40), and they do price matching if you find the same shoe online for a better price. I should mention that I went during an off time, so I can't speak to the service when there are a lot of other shoppers there. In any case, I had a great experience there.
