Really enjoyed working with Aron and Stephanie! They really advocated for me and got me what I needed to move on.

He talked to me to get information for the case and to get paid. After he got a certified check from Atlantic Union Bank. He waited until approximately 10days before going to court and withdrew from her case. Besides that sent a statement with a break down of his charges and never put on there what he was paid for real never put on there the thousands of dollars I paid but had the audacity to say she owe him. We went to court without a lawyer and he think he should get paid more money and did NOT put his feet in the court room.

I was not out for blood from my now ex-husband, and wanted to preserve the relationship as best as I could for my child's sake. Mr. Randle reminded me of that along the way and I am glad he did. He would call me just to check on me (and did not bill me for those wellness check ups) and that made working with him all the better. I had an initial consult with Mrs. Randle on an employment matter and found a friend in her as well. Although I did not retain her or any other attorney, the advice and options she provided to me were helpful. It was refreshing to work with someone who was more interested in helping me than in collecting a retainer fee. I have read the other reviews and would agree that no one, including myself is perfect. However, I have had a solid, professional, friendly, and successful experience with this firm.

From my initial consultation with Scott Oswald, the firm's principal, through my work with attorney Kellee Kruse, I was consistently impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate my case and demonstrated a clear commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for my employment situation. Kellee was particularly responsive and communicative, always making herself available to answer questions and keeping me well-informed of developments throughout the process. I highly recommend The Employment Law Group for any employment-related matters, regardless of complexity. Their thoughtful approach and level of service make them a worthwhile investment.

He spent all the time needed -- never rushed, never distracted -- and walked me through the legal landscape with clarity, honesty, and insight. What stood out most was his accessibility and genuine concern. He told me multiple times to call him if anything changed, and he meant it. That level of commitment is rare. His guidance gave me direction at a time when I needed it most, and his professionalism and depth of knowledge were evident in every interaction. If you're looking for an attorney who is not only highly skilled but also truly cares about the people he represents, I cannot recommend Attorney Oswald enough. He exceeded every expectation.

This lawyer and law firm is not legit. I didn't realize until after I had hired Ejike Obineche that…read morethe reviews were fake. That most of the reviews for this law firm were African clients whom probably were not real clients. I hired Mr. Obineche and he required a $5,000 retainer for my EEO administrative case. He spent my $6400 in less than a week after hiring him. He could not validate how he spent my entire retainer in less than a week of having my case. When I confronted him about it, he gave me a fake invoice for work he had previously said he didn't perform. I had to fire him and hire another lawyer to take my case as I was up against a tight deadline with the court. In addition to spending my retainer, he also advised he didn't think I had a case that was winnable. Mind you, I had spoken to him at length before he took my case and he had advised he felt we were going to win my case. He did an awful job in the week he had my case. The opposing side offered a very low settlement offer, Mr. Ejike Obineche didn't even try to negotiate a higher offer. He told me I needed to hurry up and make a decision and did noting to help my case as his client. He also became irate when I questioned his legal practices as a lawyer because I realized he wasn't a good lawyer and had taken advantage of me. He advised he had been defending cases of my nature for 20 years but how is it you only have 7 reviews? My lawyers before him rates were $700 and his were at $350. It took my former law firm a month and half to use a portion of my retainer and I had over two thousand dollars when I left them and hired Mr. Obineche. They did far more work for me in a month and half than Mr. Obinehe in the few days he had my case and somehow he justified spending $6400 in less than a week despite doing way less work. He talked to me like I was less than as a female client despite me having a legal background and him constantly tasking me to do major amounts of work for him on my own case in the few days he had my case. I reached out to the Maryland Bar to report his unscrupulous behavior and was indirectly told my complaints were not a surprise. Stay far away from this firm and lawyer if you want to win your case!
