The major complaint I have is the fact that whenever I walk into the office 9/10 times nobody at the front desk says hello or acknowledges me. There are usually 2-3 people sitting there. Dr Reilly is the most thorough doctor I have ever worked with. He runs a lot of blood tests to get a complete understanding of your overall health and underlying conditions. He takes the time he needs to properly diagnose your conditions and develop your treatment plan and explain it in terms that are easy to understand . I appreciate that he takes a diet and lifestyle approach to address the cause of issues and prescribes medicines when needed not as a quick fix because he knows all medicines have side effects. Dr Reilly was great about responding to calls and text messages. My wife and I continued to use him as our primary care physical for more than a year after we moved from the area and often wish we didn't change to a local doctor near our current home. I feel the 5+ hour drive once a year would be well worth the time to continue with the quality care Dr Reilly provided us for many years. Every doctor I've seen since moving falls well short of delivering the level of care Dr Reilly provided.

When asked if she had any studies she could cite about the efficacy of these products, she stated that she "does her own studies on her patients." Any scientist worth his salt knows that this is absolute bunk, you need multiple unbiased studies, peer review, etc. So she is obviously only interested in making a profit off of snake oil products. I would not return to her office again. I do not believe she is competent.

I needed to make a follow up appointment the day after being seen in the ER for chest pressure and discomfort. I was able to get in right away the next day until they realized I had never been seen there, since it's a new doctor for me. They canceled the appointment! So I called to make my initial physical and they couldn't get me in for over 6 months! They need to stop accepting new patients if they can't handle the current patient load. I'm sorry, but this was regarding my heart and they didn't seem to care. Absolutely rediculous.
