Dusty and Vincent met us at the apartment and were very clear about what they needed to do and how they were going to do it. They also were clear about how our costs were changing as we added and subtracted items that needed to be moved. Once we started moving they were very efficient and fast. Even when we could tell they were getting frustrated, they kept a professional attitude about the whole process. They even offered us suggestions on how to save us money while they were loading up the truck.
