I actually got to sit down and eat and it was easily some of the best food I have had in my life. The staff were very attentive, making sure me and my husband were well taken care of. They would bring us waters when we were looking dehydrated. My guests told me that the staff was amazing and helpful at every turn. The staff knew what they were doing, were very organized and very polite to all of my guests, they wanted to ensure that everyone was having an amazing time. The venue, also amazing. We had about 155 guests that fit in one half of the hall space perfectly. We were able to set everything up the day before the wedding so we weren't stressed on our wedding day. Chad was very responsive to anything we were needing including tables, linens and made sure everything looked beautiful the day of. We booked out wedding at The Heights about 8 months out from our wedding day. The first 7 months or so it was a bit challenging to get ahold of the Chad but the month before the wedding he would answer every call and email right away! Overall I would highly recommend The Heights to anyone looking for a venue. If you like an amazing staff, food and venue this is the place for you! We were met in the parking lot by employees who led us to the venue entrance. The weeding took place outside behind the building with a pond and woods in the backdrop. It was a beautiful day and made the occasion even more attractive. I'm sure the pictures will be amazing! Cocktail hour and appetizers were hosted outside the main building partially under an overhang. Games like Cornhole and Large Jenga were available. Music was also piped into the area. Dinner was served in the building which has seating on a main floor and in an upper balcony. There is also a good sized bar in the back. After diner the party was moved back outside so the main dining area could be turned into a dance area. Because the weather was so great I'm pretty sure it never moved back in! Music and dancing outside on a warm summer night was perfect! (And no mosquitoes) Late night pizzas were prepared on a wood fire grill and served to cap off the evening. Voted the best wedding venue many times over. I can see why!

Stephanie was so kind and welcoming and knowledgeable. Mackenzie's attention to detail and accessibility leading up to and on the day of the wedding was phenomenal. We could go on and on about how much we loved working with the HMP team. The barn itself is bigger than it looks from outside and was able to accommodate several tables, a bar, a snack table, and a dance floor in addition to the built-in stage and a small deck out back. Downstairs there is a staging area for staff and those helping to keep the wedding going that's curtained off and the bathrooms. A++ for the staff - everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful and seemed to genuinely be enjoying themselves. D for the bathrooms. 1) There were only two stalls in the ladies room for about a hundred women. 2) The locks were out of alignment and I kept pinching my finger trying to get in and out. 3) The outer bathroom door stayed open so anyone was hanging out in the hallway could hear you taking care of business. 4) There was such a large gap in the stall door nearest the sink that anyone who was washing their hands had a pretty good view of you on the toilet. Yikes. Pretty much everyone I knew commented on the bathrooms and the awkwardness - improving those would go a long way to creating a five-star experience!
