But he was also respectful in texting me before he arrived to make sure it was ok. My time is valuable so of course it was ok. We walked the property. He asked questions!! (What a concept!) He asked about my current landscaping so he could accurately place the location of the sprinkler heads. We went inside the house so he could check the plumbing to make sure my water pressure was adequate. My PSI is a little too high and he explained that that could end up breaking the heads or causing water to spurt out. So we're having that part replaced. He made sure that the water lines would go outside like they're suppose to. He also recommended calling MUD to look into replacing the water meter due to it being so old. I've never had a sprinkler system before and never had one installed so I had questions. He answered them and explained the different control boxes and features so I could make a good decision. He went to his truck to write up the quote and gave me a design showing where the heads would go. We went over both options. Both options were cheaper than Millard Sprinkler. (I suggest you go read my review for Millard Sprinkler). We even discussed the time frame for how long it takes to get on their schedule. As an added bonus, I had a brain cramp and left the gate open while we walked the backyard and then went inside. My dogs went outside thru their doggie door and out the open gate. 2 Shiba pups and an older Shiba. After I corralled the older one, Jakob even helped coax Gus into the backyard so I could go get the other 2. It may not seem like much, but it was a huge help. Shibas are stubborn and Gus isn't any different. Jakob holding the gate open and helping to talk Gus thru the gate pretty much ended the decision-making process!! They were almost $2,000 less than Millard Sprinkler anyway when comparing just the sprinkler install but it kept me from wanting to call other companies to get another quote! If you need a comprehensive review of your existing system with a detailed plan of improvement, this isn't your company. They go through technicians regularly and very seldom send the same tech to work on your system, so I was always starting from scratch with a new guy. They now do drainage and I asked them to solve a simple drainage problem. It took four visits and although they did solve the problem, the amount of frustration that I was asked to endure during the process wasn't what i expect from a professional firm. Look elsewhere for "Quality".

I ended up doing the yard cleanup and overseed myself then they came after almost a month after power raking and aeration and all the holes had closed for seeds. So I paid for overseed, cleanup and aeration and received everything but cleanup after holes closed and after I spent almost 200 on seed and fertilizer I do not recommend. I've emailed about my concerns and others and still nothing has been done thats just bad business.

I opted for sod at an additional cost. Woke up ine morning, and without warning black and dead sod was placed in spots that didn't grow. Who does that? I took pics and sent to A.J. and asked to remove it! I then noticed a charge on my card for dead sod (not dormant). On a card, I asked Omaha Solutions not to save in the initial payment. Jessie removed the charge and my credit card from their records. Meanwhile, I didn't fertilizer my yard which I regularly do...because I didn't want to alter seeds. Now, I have crazy weeds. A.J. stated he would refund me $60; then change to refunding me $1.99 a lb for 7 lbs of seeds. I sent him a copy of a receipt for the same seeds I purchased for $3.69 lb....sent me a check for $20.00....should be for $31.59. Once again, I reached out to Omaha Landscaping Solutions asking Jessie to have the partner contact me. Nothing thus far! I have our conversations and receipts copied.
