About 30 feet tall and best described as a giant bush, branches and runners all over. Now I can tell it is actually a tree. With in a day of my call for an estimate, the arborist arrived. Very friendly and knowledgable. I received an email with a detailed, firm estimate about 20 minutes later. I accepted the price and shortly there after a follow up email. Later that afternoon I received a text message saying they would arrive at 8:00 am the following morning. A crew of 4 arrived and all were very friendly and personable. The supervisor and an arborist explained how they would proceed and also provided a recap when they had finished. Along the way of the conversation they asked for my desired outcome of the trimming. They set quickly to work and a few hours later the job was finished. Every branch, twig and wood chips were cleaned up. 5/5 for service, customer satisfaction and a job well done.

Two months later, still no germination (grass). I continually called the office...and multiple messages were left by the receptionist, Jessie. A.J. was kind and thoughtful in the beginning. Once money was received, failure to check on project, and return call was zero to none. I was given two options: wait til October to see if grass germinate, or sod. I opted for sod at an additional cost. Woke up ine morning, and without warning black and dead sod was placed in spots that didn't grow. Who does that? I took pics and sent to A.J. and asked to remove it! I then noticed a charge on my card for dead sod (not dormant). On a card, I asked Omaha Solutions not to save in the initial payment. Jessie removed the charge and my credit card from their records. Meanwhile, I didn't fertilizer my yard which I regularly do...because I didn't want to alter seeds. Now, I have crazy weeds. A.J. stated he would refund me $60; then change to refunding me $1.99 a lb for 7 lbs of seeds. I sent him a copy of a receipt for the same seeds I purchased for $3.69 lb....sent me a check for $20.00....should be for $31.59. Once again, I reached out to Omaha Landscaping Solutions asking Jessie to have the partner contact me. Nothing thus far! I have our conversations and receipts copied. Cordial in the beginning; then communication falls off after payment....BEWARE!

We paid them to mow on June 11, June 16, June 30, and July 16th, and on July 19th we discovered it had not been mowed in a significant period as it was well over 24" high. The property line is actually clearly marked as it was recently surveyed as part of the sale. If there was any confusion the business did not express it to us, we could have easily cleared it up if they had. When asked about the job on July 19th they said they would be doing it on July 20th, despite having already been paid to do it and them having told us that they had done it on July 16th. We were at the property all day on July 20th and they never arrived to complete the job without any offer of refund. When we let them know we were going to change services to someone else they gave a petty reply, made no attempt to communicate a fix or try to make right by us at all.
