This was a hit and run case that I still haven't received any money from and my car remain damaged. My insurance company sent her a $25,000 check on my behalf yet she hasn't paid me a dime and is refusing to answer any of my correspondences. She kept me in the dark about alot of things about my case that I was legally entitled to know. She settled my case behind my back for crumbs without my consent even after I repeatedly asked her about any offers that were on the table. At one point I went almost five months without hearing anything from her. She has brought a HOODRAT mentality to the practice of law unfortunately because its as if she feels that she doesn't need to tell you nothing and doesn't have to answer to you at all. She talked a good game at the beginning of the case but failed to deliver anything tangible and as of this review today she still hasn't paid me any money off the insurance check that she collected from MY insurance policy on MY behalf.
