As a result of this negative treatment experience, I was very tired, disoriented, and could barely walk. I decided to contact Jess who I have known for many years to help me strengthen my nutritional system. Jess was extremely helpful in recommending improved vitamins and supplements, is that correct including vitamin D, calcium and magnesium. Jess recommended very high quality vitamins and the correct dosage. We had several phone calls as well as communicated via several detailed emails. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about vitamins and supplements and what they are supposed to do for you. She is an expert in nutrition in general. She was always extremely professional and timely in response to my questions. Jess is very thorough in all her work. On a personal note, Jess is very pleasant to work with. She listens carefully, is thoughtful, and very compassionate and understanding about my condition and needs. Her encouragement as well as excellent technical advice in this area has definitely helped me improve my condition. I am very thankful to Jess, and greatly appreciate her and everything she has done for me. I would highly recommend Jess for excellent nutritional guidance.

I drive over an hour each way to see her and it's been so worth it. I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it. While many of those helped in their own ways, nothing truly moved the needle for me the way hypnoacupuncture with Marisa has. From my very first session, there was an obvious shift. Even the people around me noticed. After that first session, the tension in my shoulders decreased, and the only way I can describe it is that everything (physically & mentally) felt like it had been taken down a notch. Since working with her, my sleep has completely transformed. I went from having an extremely hard time falling asleep and waking up almost every hour, to now pretty much sleeping through the night. If I do wake up, I can fall back asleep easily, and I'm even dreaming a lot which I take as a sign I'm finally getting deep, restful sleep. I've seen such drastic improvements that I genuinely feel like I have a new baseline. I feel so much more in control of my anxiety now and honestly like a completely different person than I was just a few months ago. It's been truly life changing.
