The staff is friendly and helpful and the store well-organized. With growth spurts galore for young kids, I love OUAC for play clothes and often find brand new clothes with tags. I am always surprised by a few items with holes and stains, but it is on the buyer to inspect each item closely prior to purchase since you know upon entry that most items are used condition. I don't need to buy clothes with holes already in them...my kiddos can create those on their own in .2343 seconds of use. :-)

However, having said that, I would not pay full price for their goods. The store seems to always be in disarray, and to be fair, they are always busy and probably do not time to tidy up. That really isn't a big issue, my biggest issue is the lack of help. If you are looking for something or need help, it is hard sometimes to get help or service. Again, they are always busy especially on the weekends. The selection is really good and there is always something new. They do have sales often and more times than not have 'Old Navy Cash' that they give you to use on another visit. Take my advice and take advantage and use this 'Cash', It is great to use when there isn't a sale going. The quality of their clothes is very good and hard wearing. The jeans are very comfortable and fit well. The shirts are soft and last a long time if you take care of them. Again, I would not pay full price, as it isn't a designer or really anything special. Personally if I am spending $50+ for jeans, I want a more recognizable brand. All in all, this store is one of the more busier locations, and it is packed on the weekends and when there is a big sale going. The quality is not great, but you get what you pay for. So don't expect the items to hold up for a long period of time, but they will get you through the season.
