A nice place to take little ones. There are two things that I found annoying. The staff sat staring at their phones the whole time unless they got up to straighten the play areas. It's nice that they have a table for the kids to eat a snack, however, to not be able to bring your own snacks doesn't make sense. The price to play is not cheap and then to be forced to purchase unhealthy snacks is a turn off. We will go back but I will make sure the children have very full bellies before we go. For the price we pay we want to spend more than one hour. I hope they consider changing their snack policy. read more

I took my daughter here a few weeks ago and we will definitely NOT be back. We were there about 10 minutes til I had one of owners yelling at me from across the play course only because I misunderstood what bench I could sit on without socks on. I only got defensive at first because why is this woman yelling at me from across the whole place? (When she easily could've walked over to me and explained what I needed To do. I truly believe if she did this from the start none of this would've transpired. ) Then as I go over to buy the socks so I can go back and enjoy it with my daughter, this mom starts screaming at me saying "Nobody wants to look at your nasty feet!" And instead of these two female owners/ sisters putting an end to this customer yelling at me they chime in so now I have 3 grown women ganging up on me while I'm trying to give them business... I honestly haven't felt that low in years.. I wanted to leave right at that moment but I knew my daughter would've been so disappointed. I cried for the first 20 minutes I was there and if my husband wasn't with me I don't think I would've recovered So fast. The one owner eventually came up and apologized but it felt like a half ass apology because she was like this mom Is always here, but I honestly don't care if she is. She should've stopped it from even getting it to this point. This is not how you conduct a business whatsoever. In response to business: We were there only about an hour til we left and I only know that for certain is because husband had to be at work shortly after that. I don't even recall you asking me about the socks because I was having a hard time pulling up the waiver on my phone so I was distracted. And then instead of Just coming over to me and "politely"asking me to buy the socks you decided to yell at Me across your whole place. You made it seem Like I deliberately went against the rules when I had just misunderstood. read more

Get rid of the 2 grouchy, old ladies. They should not be in a customer facing role. They are rude to everyone and are trying to better their reviews on Google just by offering $2 off if you give them a 5 star. You're not allowed to bring your own kids snacks/drinks in and you're not allowed to eat outside the building either if you pack your own. Unless you want to feed your kid Doritos or Oreos at 9 AM from their mini concession stand, make sure your kid is well fed or go literally anywhere else as most places for kids have staff that enjoy the company of children and understand kids need to eat! Save your $ and Google search kids play areas as there are so many wonderful ones in the area! read more

We loved this place until my kid broke his leg here. Things happen, and we signed a waiver. It's life. However, the lady at the desk was RUDE. I understand that the owners are protective because they likely put significant resources into making this place a reality. It's probably their livelihood, and they feel the need to protect that. Understandable. And, there are many wonderful things about this place. However, there are a number of comments on Google and Yelp that mention poor attitude (rudeness, snippiness, etc.) from the staff (and/or owner(s)). The responses to written reviews also say a lot about a person. Customers don't want you to argue with them, they just want to feel heard and respected. I hope the owner(s) eventually realize that being KIND to people is just as important as socks, rules, or the fire code. Not everyone is going to be happy with your business all of the time. That's OK. If you were kinder, this place would have nearly perfect reviews. read more

Very poor customer service from Cheryl. She is not friendly and has no sympathy for my niece to not be able to play and being placed in a party room for almost 20 minutes. My niece was crying and she did not care whatsoever. She definitely does not deserve to work here because her personality is horrendous. In response to business: The business owner's reply was not satisfactory. The facility had 30 adults and 10 kids that were actually playing. Adults do not need supervision and the play area was hardly occupied. We were asked to wait in the back until people left so our child could play due to fire capacity restrictions. A fire issue should place a cap on how many people are allowed in the facility, not how many people can actually play in the play area. This logic of having us wait in the back area for people to leave is "stupid". They should not have allowed anyone else in period, if that was the case. All other participants in the waiting room agreed this made no sense. Also, to top it off the front desk lady (Cheryl) was extremely rude about the situation the entire time. She should not be working with kids with the kind of rudeness, impatience, and snippiness she displayed. read more

My husband and I have been here twice now and both times had a great experience with our 1 and 2 year olds. It was clean, organized, and parents and kids were all great to interact with. Our kids absolutely love playing there! Staff was very friendly and kind. read more

I thought it would have been a cleaner establishment. A lot of the toys were dirty and worn out. My child was too small to utilize the entire facility, and parents could not assist them unless they got stuck. It's a cool concept but not well-maintained. read more

A wonderful small business that is geared to kids 4 and under. It is so difficult to find an indoor playground where toddlers and babies won't get trampled, but the Adventure Factory is it! Clean with plenty of places for young children and their caregivers to play together. Wishing this business continued success! read more

Took our two year old grandson here recently. He loved it and so did we. Staff very friendly and helpful. Like the fact that this placed is geared to five and under as another place we took him to was for 10 and under and it was too overwhelming for him. He really enjoyed all of the different activities that kept him very active and entertained for a couple of hours. Price is very reasonable for all they have to offer as well as the snack prices. Love the location. Safe parking lot while sometimes having to carry out my child when he doesn't want to leave. Nice and small so you can easily relax while your child plays. Five years old and under is perfect as I have found at other play lands the older children tend to be rambunctious around the littles. Definitely a five! read more

Another parent put their hands on my child and her multiple times-I alerted the staff, two older women, but because they stated they did not see it happen they weren't sure how to assist in a very snippy manner. I asked them to review the cameras that are clearly placed around the business. One of the women, then stated it's a play on your own space, and that I should handle it. I asked to clarifying if they put the responsibility of management of unruly/inappropriate behaving guests on other guests and they agreed that they do.
