Took my son's girlfriend for mani pedis. Not sure who she was booked with. We both had the $32 pedicure and basic manicure - each total was $$53 without the tip. I booked our times together but mine was started 10-15 minutes later which made us not be together during manicures and dry times and kind of defeated the point. Also, the guy who did her pedicure just barely gave her a foot and leg massage so she ended up being finished 30-45min ahead of me. Kim did an AMAZING leg & foot massage and callous removal and Rosie did a very nice hand and arm massage. The actual paint jobs were not so great HOWEVER I did appreciate they used 2 coats - I have been to Posh Nails and they use 1 coat which I feel is a way to cheap out and doesn't last as long. The pictures I post look worse than in person - I am not that picky - I am actually very happy with it. In the future I might just go for the massage & callous removal and just paint myself because it is less expensive and they are super sweet! read more

I needed an emergency gel removal so I called to see if Zenail could get me in. The nice woman on the phone stated they could squeeze me in. I showed on time and was seated immediately. After a few minutes the acetone wrap started. When my time was up she removed the polish but instead of using a tool she used her fingernails. That was odd to me but it worked. She filed and buffed then oiled them. All for only $10. I did notice all the people after me had to wait well over their appointment time. I know I didn't help the situation but I do think that they tend to overbook. Everyone was nice. It was okay in cleanliness. I didn't see anyone finish so I can't say how well the tools are cleaned. It did seem as if most people were regulars as they knew their names. I would for sure go again and try out a mani or pedi service. read more

I am 26 years old and have never gotten a pedicure and only 1 manicure in my lifetime. When a co-worker suggested we have a girls afternoon of pedicures and coffee, I decided to be brave and go for it. With that being said, I have absolutely nothing to compare this place to, I can only mention facts. - They have massage chairs! While my toes were being clipped and painted, I got to enjoy a massage. -The ladies speak English! We were able to carry on a conversation the entire time. - She didn't make fun of me when everything she did tickled my feet. -The experience was only $20 I enjoyed my first pedicure. I have a thing with feet and don't like people touching them, but the lady was patient with me and I ended up surviving. I would recommend going to Zenail and Spa. read more

I love the salon. It is really pretty inside. It is very close to my house... I just want them to hire someone who is really great at complicated nail art. That's what I really need. I would never come back to this place. From the second I walked in the door, all the technician(s) did was ask me why my nails are the way they are. After trying to explain to her that I like them a little thicker, she still did what she wanted. Thank goodness I picked a light color because it is full of bumps, streaks & rough spots because she didn't hardly buff my nails or let them dry before she proceeded to the next step. My nails are always smooth & shiny after top coat. Not this tjme, they are rough & bumpy. For $50 it was a complete & total waste of my time & money. I will be going somewhere else to get these soaked off & re-done. read more

I've been here twice as a walk-in, and I'm sold! Great, fun staff, clean, LOTS of pedicure chairs....and the primary language is English! STAFF ACTUALLY INTERACTS WITH CUSTOMERS, and you don't feel like you're being talked about in a language you may not be fluent. I had a pedicure the first time, and a ped/gel mani the second time. Gel mani didn't last anywhere close to the 10 days promised, but I was out of town, and couldn't get back to the salon. My only complaint is that prices are not really clear or well explained...especially "upgrades". Basic prices are a little more expensive than other nail salons, but well worth it given the level of customer service. Clear up the "upcharges", and this will be a 5-star nail salon! read more

I love a proactive technician who takes part in the process - discussing colors, trends, processes, etc. - to help make my experience rich. You get that with ZeNail! Went in for the King & Queen pedicure with my boyfriend today, he has never had a pedicure. They took their time on both of us, and made my boyfriend feel very comfortable with his first pedicure! I have gone to this nail spa for a couple of years. I walked in today. Knowing that they do stay open until 7:00 pm. I have always concerned the staff to be professional and friendly. I have suggested this place to several friends. The staff always interacts with the customers. I always felt like I was being taken care of. I really liked the person who always did my pedicures. Today I walked in and I did not see that many customers. There were two. Several staff members. I asked for a certain person. The individual said no he does not work here. When I said I was looking to see if I could get a pedicure. She looked around then looked at the clock and said well were actual booked up right now. Can you come back tomorrow. I said "NO." I was so excited that they had so many color options to choose from and I found a certain one that the last two places I visited in OP did not. They also know how to shape very well! It was a surprise session/gift (mani/pedi spa combo) for me & my friend, from our darling daughters on mothers day. We have been there few other times but today was special day to feel special. Although our daughters had taken prior appointments but we have to wait for half an hour on chairs to get started, & that was just the start of ruining our beautiful day. As the previous reviewer said, the salon was empty as compared to other salons, but they were too short on staff, just 3 techs handling 6 customers. Anyway our pedicure started & we were done in 10 min, even before we could know. Next was our Manicure, which became a nightmare with smudged french tips. They were in so much hurry that without giving proper drying time they applied coat over coat & result, white tips drooling on clear nails in seconds. so we have to get that removed & coz we were running short of time, asked for future credit to get it done. thats where we got introduced to there actual client service, behaviour -pure arrogance ! Manager was just meek to express or talk, but the technician was at the top of her voice to argue with us. We did'nt want to waste our time & energy on discussing with people who dont honor their clients & doesnt feel sorry for their bad services. So me & my friend walked out without getting our nails done & withoiut any refund or credit. A very bad experience & even worse for our daughters who gave that as a gift for making a memorable day more memorable. read more
