Pictures taken are not up close and show large sides of house, yet not all repairs were included they said. Who requests half repairs for $6K. No one I know. One spot gets fixed but not the one right next to it. They are more than happy to come back to fix everything but will have to add on a few more thousand dollars. PLUS they leave a porta potty for before work is started and then 4 days after their half work is done it's still there. My HOA is not happy. We are not happy. Very friendly workers but what was done is NOT worth $6K. I would NEVER have agreed to the service if it only included partial work. I'd rather watch $6K in cash burn in my fireplace. WILL NEVER use again or even mention a referral.
