I had a cleaning crew come and clean at the end of the day the charged me another $600 dollars to clean the place. Ridiculous! Fair warning right down every single thing that's wrong with the place and keep notes put it in a file. I told him I didn't have time for nonsense and tons of paperwork and in-person financial malarkey . He found me a mortgage company in Austin that did everything digitally. He helped me pick the best loan. He worked magic on the closing cost charges to further buy down my interest rate saving me nearly $200 a month. He dealt frequently with the mortgage and title women when I got sick of their neediness throughout the process. He showed me as many houses as I wanted to see and was patient as I figured out what I really had to have and could live without. He hardballed the home sellers making them pay a significant amount at closing leaving me only having to do the down payment and getting a little over $2k back from the title company.
