They offered me a different therapist, but I was informed that this therapist had another appointment scheduled, meaning my session would be cut short. Because of this, I declined the massage and requested a refund. Both the massage therapist and the front desk staff agreed that I would be refunded, so I left without receiving any service. After waiting two weeks with no refund, I called to follow up and was told they would not issue one. In the end, I was charged despite receiving no service at all. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

Rescheduling is the same as canceling in their eyes. Do yourself a favor and find some where else. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Incredibly sweet, fun to be around & accommodating. I was referred by my sister-in-law, who like me, will only trust our skin with Christina. My first couple visits were for spray tans, which were perfect. Very natural looking. They give me confidence in the summer to show-off my legs. The sessions are timely & comfortable. She is thorough drying me off, making sure the spray doesn't stain my feet, hands and nails. I never leave feeling that tackiness most spray tans can leave you with all day. I am able to put my clothes on and go about my day! Not only does Christina excel in spray tans, but she gives the best & most relaxing facials. The only issue I had was I couldn't stay & sleep--since I was incredibly relaxed. My skin felt years younger. The products she uses are medical grade too. Got home and did my normal day to day things and the color smudged off on two nails. I didn't get a gel pedicure, but I should be able to get regular nail polish on my toes and have it stay on. The facility is clean and modern, front desk was friendly and professional, and the Massage therapist was polite and knowledgeable. She used a wide variety of skillful techniques and modalities; a couple of which, were new to me. Her pressure was perfect; not too light, and not too heavy. I did upgrade my massage to a more therapeutic massage, as opposed to a lighter relaxation massage. She used the hot stones correctly, and even incorporated hot towels in the beginning, to relax my muscles. Something I was really surprised about, was the fact that she added stretching to the massage. Although that is certainly something that a therapist is taught, and within their scope of work, I would say in all my years since graduating as a Massage Therapist myself (2012), and in getting massages over the years, I have never had a therapist stretch me as she had (not since leaving school). I thought that I was a pretty "bendy" person (if you're a "Friends" fan, you'll recall Phoebe telling Chandler, "I'm very bendy!"). I try to stretch regularly, and still occasionally do yoga. But today, I realized how unbelievably stiff I am. She pushed and pulled, until I was in the shape of a twisty pretzel. At the end, she did a sugar scrub on my feet. I left feeling quite sore, but it was a good sore. Moving forward, I would request a deep tissue massage, but I just want the hands. The hot stones came with my package, but have never really been a fan favorite of mine; the same with the sugar scrub. The aromatherapy was nice. And I certainly could do without the stretching. I need to work on my stretching routine at home more often, before I can be tugged at and extended to that degree. Still, one of the better massages I've received in the area. I definitely recommend!
