The allure at gateway Pinellas park Fl. My wife and I move just after the flood in November of 2024. It is a very nice one bed room apartment. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. All charges were explained prayer to moving in so no surprises or hidden charges. The receptionist and office have super easy to wok with. Any issue found have been addressed the same day that they are made aware there's a problem. You could not find an easer place to live. read more

This place, unfortunately, had the best "bang for your buck" around this area at the time we were looking for apartments. It was SUCH A STRUGGLE to even get our lease signed and the paper work in order because of the shitty ass management office. They really act like they don't give a fuck. The other reviews saying this are telling the truth. Once we were finally moved in after the shit show that was us just trying to move in, it was nice honestly. Then all the bad shit started happening about 3 months into the lease. The gym shut down and was locked because the A/C broke. (They easily could've left it open and let people workout still) This was annoying af because they took forever to fix it. Also, EVERYONE has a fucking dog. I swear the majority of people living here have a damn dog. So many fuckin dogs everywhere all the time. And yes, they shit A LOT everywhere. I've stepped in shit walking to my car in the morning for work. Needless to say, I didn't have a good day that day. HOLY SHIT, the water pressure has been the WORST I've ever experienced in my life in any apartment ever and it's 24/7 all the time terrible. The package room is a cluster fuck and I've had multiple packages stolen. The automatic gates were supposedly fixed and were working for like a month and now they just stopped working again?? WHY??? Don't get me started about all the vomit everywhere. I kid you not every single bush that surrounds this building has vomit in it. Can college kids not handle their fuckin liquor anymore? Lame af. There's a lot of smokers that live here too. There are cigarette smokers, and those who partake in the devil's lettuce, the whacky tobacky, beezlebub's broccoli, rank doobies, the Gandalf OG, the Tu- sheng peng if you will. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is it always smells very dank around here so if you don't like the smell of weed you won't like it here. Who ever is in charge of running the irrigation system here needs to be fuckin fired too. We would get a HUGE amount of rainfall and still I would walk out of my apartment and see all the sprinklers still running. They literally flood their own side walks and grass areas so much that algae grows all over and it's disgusting. The parking situation is pretty shit too. I do have to give credit where credit is due though. The maintenance men are good. Whenever something breaks and I put in a service request they are quick to come and fix whatever it is. They're nice guys too. Another annoying thing that we unfortunately had to deal with is annoying/weird neighbors. Some random weird dude trying to talk to you and/or sell you some shit, like just let me walk in peace PLEASE. And I get that the apartment can't control that but it still is an inconvenience to me and my wife. So yeah, if you aren't a college kid whose parents are willing to drop $2000 a month in rent on you, then I suggest you don't live here. You won't like it. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! Avoid this place. This apartment complex has been sold 3x so you have to start all over with your complaints & work orders, our refrigerator water dispenser broke & it took 3 months to get it fixed. Hallways are disgusting, dirty with dog piss, poop, trash, food & a lot of dog hair, so you open your door it all comes into your apartment. People leave trash bags out their doors for days so flies are all over. Mail room they have lockers but delivery people don't care so all packages are left out or in the door way on rainy days, I have had many packages stolen. One time a guy vomit all over the stairs & it took them 2 months to clean it. There's a few people who kick the elevator buttons instead of using their hands. Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING!!! this is just a few warnings. So much more to say about this horrible place. read more

This place was awful. They will absolutely milk you for every single cent you have for such a garbage apartment complex. Roaches in the halls and urine smell everyone. The security gate was broken the entire time I lived there even though I paid a lot of money for the security of being behind a gate. My air conditioning unit took HOURS to cool my apartment by just 1-2 degrees. There is not enough visitors spots let alone spots for residents. My friend was visiting me on my birthday and left my apartment and he got towed at 9:30pm.... Who tows that early in the evening??? When the leasing agent told me they aren't supposed to start towing until after midnight, and of course they did nothing to help me or my friend, just rude and shoving different rent documents and addendums in my face that I signed. There was also never enough chairs by the pool for the tenants, so people had to bring out their own beach chairs. The people that worked in the leasing office were always very rude and never helpful with any situation. My packages got lost there almost every time I ordered something. The fire alarm goes off randomly and for no reason in the middle of the night. My 920 square foot apartment was over 2 grand to lease and for what??? A disgusting, mediocre, and unhelpful apartment complex and staff. So many things wrong with this place, management, and corporate. Even after moving out they send me random bills and the collections department has no idea what the apartment complex says and vice versa. Massive lack of communication. I am so happy to be out of there. read more

I am not one to complain, but this place has caused me so much anxiety and sleepless nights. The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear people sneeze, so imagine if they are talking or playing music. The resource officer is a phone call away, but don't count on her because she will call you back and ask you to leave her alone because she has a life to live. Do not pay all that money to live here. The front office people do not help or answer the phones for questions or help. We move out in 2 weeks and I am counting the days. read more

BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE ! - this place is trash. Was the worst 13 months of my life. Don't be fooled by the nice-ish features. They changed management twice and each came with a new set of rules. Where do I start ?, I had a 3 foot hole in my ceiling that was leaking water for 4 months, I had to beg to get it fixed and threaten to sue for them to give me any attention, My Car was broken into twice (with multiple other residents) and both times refused to feel the need to have cameras in the parking lot. The gates have been broken for months, their excuse was "lightning hit them". (LOL) (then fix them?) I had a stalker leave notes on my door threatening to rape me and kill me, the office said "I guess call the police" (lol again). After 4 police reports they couldn't care to lift a finger. Oh, and the dark dungeon like hallways that are full of trash and stained concrete after being open for ONE YEAR, they clearly could care less about what they are giving people as a residence and more about treating you like a car salesmen; Telling you everything you want to hear just to get you to move in and get that commission check. Oh allow me to add - You better pray you don't have any issues after you move in, because the office staff could care less. Once you move in they completely forget who you are and what you need. Also - For the price they are asking.. treat the place for what you are claiming it is worth. After my lease was coming to an end they sent 4 letters to my door begging me to stay as they "need the business" and "would love to see me as a neighbor again" oKaY??... Honestly the biggest joke. Oh and after I moved out, they picked the unit apart just to charge me something. Never again will I rent from a GSC or NRP management company or this place again oh and neither should you. If you can please look elsewhere. The management team is very unprofessional and do not address residents concerns. The dog park has been horrible since the day I moved into the complex. There is no up kept of this area but, there are always doggie bags to clean up after your pet; many residents do not. The management team sends repetitive emails but, never address any issues that are being reported. The complex is overpriced, for "new" you will constantly have to request maintenance. You will hear your neighbors; cleaning, walking, dancing, arguing, playing loud music, dogs barking... literally everything. The smell of weed is everywhere and the management has been informed about this numerous time. Of course, they do nothing and act as if you are the only one reporting the smell. Just spend your money living somewhere else, this place is definitely not worth it; this is not luxury. read more

The word "Luxury" doesn't even come close when you bring up this place. It was quickly built, on very low quality material. Floor is paper thin. I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs. And to be quite honest it drives me insane. I really tried keeping this to myself. Tried to ignore it and go about my business. Turned up the volume on the tv to drown it out. But good god I CANT. I even went upstairs to see who lived there bc at some points of the day it sounds like they're running miles. Come to find out that Two skinny bitc*es are living above me making all that racket!!!! And it's not their fault. Fuc* this place. I'm leaving. I'm done. Save yourself some time and keep your sanity. Unless you decide to live on the 4th floor. As a recently departed resident at the Allure at Gateway I am here to tell you that this apartment community is anything but "Luxury" living. Management had switched hands several times during the year of my lease each going from bad to worse. Example: reported my window being cracked back in November and nothing being done until the day before the end of my lease 4/29. The noise level from US 19 was completely unbearable that we never enjoyed our balcony. Discussed relocating to a different unit and was told we would have to reapply and qualify and pay the security deposit for the new unit as well. Parking is just awful unless you pay an additional $175.00 for a garage which are being used as storage units by existing residents therefore limiting parking available. Residents in the building were very loud, inconsiderate , unfriendly. I mean you would say hello and they would avoid eye contact and dropped their heads like a bad dog being reprimanded. Kids running about screaming in the hallways and stairwells. Trash thrown about throughout the community. The elevator had shoe prints on the buttons daily where residents were using their foot to push the buttons. Oh and don't open your door to the corridors because when you did the stench of Marijuana consumed the corridors and the elevators. When mentioned to management (Paige) we were told that "It is legal now so really there is nothing we can do". Sorry skunk weed is NOT legal. Medical Marijuana doesn't smell like that. 11 days after we had moved out we received the first communication ( an email) from the "Collections Dept" stating we had a balance due for carpet replacement. After 23 years of renting in Florida I have never had to pay for anything after moving out and always received the full amount of my security deposit in return. There was nothing wrong with the carpets and I have pictures. 4 business days later we received another communication from Collections with an attached "Collections Letter" this time from the Collections Manager. They certainly did not respond that quickly to the broken window request. We were great tenants even being rewarded with a free Ipad for paying our rent on time. Guess it wasn't free after all as we are being charged for the Ipad since the balance owed is approx. the cost of the Ipad. There are so many other available apartment communities that offer a higher standard of living that I would consider before deciding to sign a years lease here. read more
