Ahtziri was quick to respond to quote request. They gave me the best price compared to others. I was selling my home so I just wanted it done didn't care for it to be the best. So we set a date. Only hiccup I had was them calling me back saying they needed to reschedule for a later date. Very responsive, they worked quickly and did a great job of stripping a previously shoddy job done by someone else. Our bathtub now looks great and is holding up really well. Only issue was that there was some 'paint' splatter on our brand new fixtures, which was pretty difficult to remove and the tub is actually really hard to keep clean (nothing to do with the quality of the work). I contacted this company to reglaze a bathroom in my parents house. Spoke with Gilbert. He gave me a good quote to have it done. Gilbert came out in December. He did an excellent job in the reglaze. I almost gave one star and a bad review. A part was not reinstalled, but after talking to Gilbert , he explained to me what happened. Slight communication problem. But no harm no foul. Gilbert communicated with me from start to finish and also informed me that a section of the tile had to be glazed or the color would be off. David and Damian did a great job refinishing one of our two aging bath tubs with a new white enamel. David arrived on time and gave us a courtesy call before arriving. He kept the area he was working in, as well as the areas he walked through, clean. I had Alpha glazing come out back in October of 2019. Damian had reglazed my 2 bathroom. One was a shower the other was a combo. The tile was a beige colored tile and I had him reglaze them in white. They turned out beautiful. He then reglazed my kitchen tile (also a beige color) in a speckled grey. It looked awesome. Unfortunately when I had the cabinets painted the tape had been left on too long from the painters ( 4 weeks too long) and when it was removed it peeled off in some areas. I called Damian and he was so accommodating that he came out a few days later and redid those areas. My kitchen looks back to how he left it originally, BEAUTIFUL and AWESOME.
