After years of starring at Witch Baby on my Collections list, i threw on my big girl pants and made my drive down there. I can now see why i have read and heard about this small, but impressive business within the scene of all things body and weird girl aesthetic. Unlike other shops, this one is bright, airy and welcoming. It smells fresh, organized perfectly by color and product (this makes it so easy to find what you want if youre a visual person like me!) and has an array of products offered for various needs. Looking for serums, body scrubs, or something cheeky and witchy to hang in your house? Witch Baby has you covered. The branding and theme carries throughout each shelf or item you check out, which i appreciate because it shows thought and professionalism within the brand. Staff member was helpful and answered all questions i had too! Ps. the prices are incredibly modest and affordable. items i got on this trip: I left with a lavender and smoke serum - i have been applying 1 time before bed since i got it about 3 weeks ago and not only do i adore the smell, it's been clearing up some red spots around my chin and mouth. Witch baby is not only a cute and fun shop but the items are reasonably priced and well labeled. The shopping experience here is pleasant and the staff is friendly without being pushy. The shop is arranged thematically. Soaps, stones, books, lotions and candles arranged according to purpose. I came in just to browse and left with several items for me and my daughter. Came here to check this place out . Saw it a few times while in downtown Cranford but happened to be closed since I was there late . This place sells bath bombs , soaps, body scrubs , body butter. Also sells small selection of crystals - mainly tumbled , palm stones, small generators. Also sell burning accessories like sage, rosemary, palo santo. Walls are adorned with witch theme- brook sticks, witch art , ouija boards. Appears like room in back - staff states they plan on having someone do tarot cards. Would be interesting to see what they do in the future. I bought a pyrite sphere and a rhodonite palm stone even tho I have them already . But these felt good in my hands when I picked them up so I followed my intuition. Also tried a body butter - lavender , Amber and vanilla . Scents are all up my alley . Even has an amethyst stone inside . Feels good on my skin. Can't wait to wear it more . read more

This review is for the Red Bank, NJ Location. I've been following Witch Baby on Instagram for a few years so to finally get to see one of their stores in person was an exciting moment for me. The ambiance inside was cute and cozy. Everything was easily accessible and the girl who was working was super sweet and ready for any questions I had. I really had to limit myself on what I wanted bc there was so much I wanted to get I will definitely be back if we're in the area. It really is such a great shop. read more

I was at first hesitant to go in, because I'm NOT a fan of ouija boards, but I do like rocks and crystals ; I have ever since I was a little girl. We walked into the shop. I was very excited trying to find a metaphysical store in our area is tough, and I thought I might be able to see if they had classes or anything fun to buy. The energy in there was extremely negative. The person behind the counter glared at us, never saying a word. I thought perhaps they were having a bad day and continued to browse the shop. Another customer came in a few minutes after we came in. The person behind the counter gave them a warm welcoming smile and said hello immediately. I felt as if the person did not feel we were worthy to be in their shop. It was extremely disheartening and we will not be back. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Storefront- Not sure what to say. Loved store initially. But the energy has deteriorated, definitely a negative presence there, not sure if owner or an employee or building itself. The products are good. It is really a shame that over all feel of Cranford storefront has declined. A really good cleansing with high vibe intent would help. Again, good products thus 2 stars. Well I need to update my prior review re/ customer service and bath salts that clog the tub- I have been appropriately compensated with an exchange and was also given some ideas of how to use the salts without clogging the drain ( use a sachet type bag/ and or drain to stop the clog. ) I appreciate that I was heard and validated- thank u ! I'll start by saying that this review is going to be very honest. I've passed by this store multiple times and today I finally had time to stop by and check it out. I am extremely spiritual and partake in my own rituals, so I was looking to stock up and buy from this small business. My first impression walking in, I was not greeted nor shown any type of welcoming in. That threw me off a little but it is what it is, I kept it moving. After looking around the small store, I can tell you that this is a place that does not have much selection of crystals or stones, but a vast selection of body butters. I will be quite blunt, I did not like them. The texture of the body butter is far too greasy, as well as the names of the body butters felt kind of like they were making fun of certain rituals? For example - "cord cutting"? I even asked the associate at the front (the one who stared at us the whole entire time and did not say one word), what the body butters were for - and she shrugged and said nothing. I get that you want to bring people into the store and spark curiosity, but I wasn't a fan. If you're looking for a place that will fit an "aesthetic please" of yours, by all means - stop by. At the end of the day, I will always support a small business so I did purchase a bath bomb and some eucalyptus sage- but truly, I will not be coming again. read more

Amazing products, like if Lush were witchcraft-oriented and actually still cared about what goes into their products. Their body butters and bath bombs really are worth what you pay, they smell great and last forever on the skin! They have a pretty full selection from what you see on their website (meaning they usually have everything). Always playing great music, too! I don't peruse their other stock much but they do have an increasingly wide array of candles, books, crystals, and tarot decks, plus merch. I received a gift of salts of Venus bath salts that have pedals in the mix that not only are itchy but will clog your drain and mess up your tub- exactly what u dont want when you are trying to have a relaxing bath moment---- plus you will need to vacuum the floor to suck up the pedals that fall off your body-I tried being a nice consumer and reached out to their website email- was told - hey- we don't take opened items back -- not sure how I would know it would be such an unpleasant experience had I not opened it-- so not only does the product suck but the customer service as well- not a good way to run a small business - disappointed and will let my friends and family know about this - read more
