A group of addict kids and you show them a movie about a cocaine heist talk about triggering they give you jobs there one being kid (kitchen duty) and I cannot tell you how many times I help serve children expired food. Unless you want real help for yourself or your child stay away from this place. The people in charge don't care about you ( besides a few staff recovering themselves) they just wanna run up your insurance company. The house are nasty they resemble trap houses and on the websites run down was a complétele lie compared to how things actually are I wish I could write more but needless to say 5 yrs layer and I'm still completely traumatized. These staff members argued with you and had no professional means of dealing with children. I watched firsthand staff members arguing with children like it was school bobbing there heads really getting a rise and ENJOYING IT they talked about you with other children they picked favorites they let bad stuff happen for there amusement at our own expense I had on lady talk make fun of my body in front of every other patient there while they all laughed it was and still is something burned into my brain I would end your visit with your parents. If they overheard you talking about your uncomfortableness at the facility I broke my foot and it took them a week and a half for them to let me go to the ER with my grandmother when I finally got out of that building and off of those grounds. I told her everything she pulled me out the next week and I got dirty looks from all the staff members. was a good kid and I'm still a good person. They let bad shit happen to me and other people for a sake of a paycheck. I hope you all rot truly

I have been in and out of therapy since age 5 with multiple Psychologists but never have I received such empathy. She will make you comfortable enough to open up about anything, almost as though you are speaking to your best friend. I have Medicare and I have found it very hard to find any competent Dr. who takes my insurance. I find this a blessing as I started seeing her when I had United Healthcare. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking any kind of emotional health issues or simply life coaching which she is wonderful with as well. She also referred me to my current Psychiatrist whom I have been seeing regularly for 13 years as well. There is nothing she will do in order to make her clients feel like they are top priority, which is a big self esteem booster. She also treats children and adolescents. It seems that no one is unimportant in her eyes which goes a long way especially if you suffer from trust and abandonment issues. I would and will continue to see her as long as she is in practice. There is no reason to hurt or keep things stuffed inside when there is someone who genuinely cares about all her clients. A friend recommended that I see Dr. Allen Goode at East Memphis Chiropractic. What a difference! I hadn't been to a chiropractor in years so I was a little apprehensive, but Dr. Goode put me right at ease. He is very personable and competent. They were able to give me a same day appointment, bill my insurance and see me with a minimal wait once I arrived. He said to come back if I felt I needed to, rather than insisting on scheduling repeat visits just to generate business. My neck was a little (but nowhere near as badly) stiff the following week and again, they were happy to fit me in for a same day adjustment. From the sign in the lobby, I saw that without insurance, adjustments are only 45.00, which I imagine could be a real lifesaver for some people. I really am pleased with my two visits so far and would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Goode to any one experiencing back or neck pain! My surgeon's office called and asked if I minded switching to St. Francis because he had another case that required that facility. Of course I said yes and I'm thrilled I did! SFSC was awesome! Their receptionist was super nice, my pre-op nurse, Brad, was also awesome. Nice, personable, and professional. I had my shoulder worked on which required a block by an anesthesiologist. I don't remember his name but I think he was Indian. He was stupendous. He was kind and explained everything he did BEFORE he started. My block was predicted to last 12-18 hours and it lasted approximately 18.5! My first 24 hours post-op was completely pain free! Thanks doc! The post-op recovery nurse was also super kind and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Given the choice I would choose SFSC AGAIN!

I had the most disappointing and unsatisfactory experience at this location. I chose to self-pay…read moreand later discovered that my insurance was also being billed without my consent - effectively charging both me and my insurance which was confirmed by my insurance company. This is insurance fraud and l've reported this to the appropriate authorities. In addition, the care lacked clinical follow-through. There were no meaningful reassessments, and x-rays were only taken at the very beginning and end of care -- not during treatment - making it difficult to track progress or adjust the plan. The digital check-in form asked about progress each visit, but it clearly wasn't used to make any treatment adjustments. I was initially told that if I discontinued care, refunds wouldn't be provided for prepaid visits-only the option to "save unused visits for later". That discouraged me from stopping sooner, even when I wasn't seeing results. I eventually chose to discontinue treatment and requested a refund for my unused visits, reassessments, & the post treatment X-ray that I didn't receive, which I did receive after following up with corporate. I recommend that others proceed with caution: verify how billing is handled, make sure progress is being regularly assessed, & that the care plan is being adjusted accordingly and don't delay discontinuing care if your needs aren't being met. Additionally, the provider - Dr.Stormy Green, and a front desk associate often appeared irritated, when I asked billing & treatment questions or raised concerns. This created an uncomfortable environment at times, but I encourage others to ask questions anyways and advocate for themselves. I wouldn't recommend anyone patronize this provider / location considering this terrible experience.
