I poked around the website and sent an email with my desired specs, Louis (the owner) responded quickly and we were off! Louis was communicative and professional in both our email and phone conversations and provided me with progress reports and pictures throughout the process. When my guitar showed up it was perfect, exactly what I had requested down to the strap buttons! With so many reports of scams and dishonest builders in the custom guitar business it's comforting to know there are still honest people like Louis who do great work and stand behind their instruments. He recommended methods to restore the piano's wood finish, and left us a free sample of the polish he uses. The tuner had to make two trips because it was so out of tune. He also fixed a low and sticky key. The bill was about $145.
