Hank was great to work with. Not a pushy salesperson and (most importantly) delivered! His install crew, led by Eduardo, are real pros and super clean. They worked 11a to 9p! I have white walls that stain just by breathing heavily on them. Eduardo's crew did all that work and left only one small smudge. He offered to touch up, but I declined. I expected worse. If you are in Spring, Magnolia, etc, I def. recommend giving Hank a call before you purchase. We were about to pay 20% more. The only minus is Hank never inspected the installation job. But that's fine by me. It's been 4 weeks and carpet still looks new.

After…read morea very frustrating experience with another furnace company that installed a furnace in our new home incorrectly and not up to code, Carlos and his team came in and completely changed my experience with HVAC companies. From the very beginning, Carlos was transparent, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. You can tell immediately that he and his crew are true experts at what they do. What impressed me most is that they never tried to sell me on things I didn't need. Instead, they took the time to listen to what was actually important to me -- having clean, healthy air in my home and making sure my HVAC system was working properly and safely. I originally hired EZ Comfort to clean my air ducts, but once they evaluated everything, they were able to help me address several issues that had been left behind by the previous furnace installation. They cleaned my condenser, helped bring my furnace up to code, fixed the heater stand, corrected the transition, installed UV lighting, thoroughly cleaned my air ducts, and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Carlos and his crew worked their butts off. They came out to our home in Kingwood and had an incredible sense of urgency to help us. They were fast, efficient, incredibly responsive, and solved all of our problems within a matter of days. I honestly have never experienced that level of urgency and willingness to help from an HVAC company. And the difference in my home is unbelievable. Before calling EZ Comfort, my house was getting up to around 78-82 degrees during the day. Now, when I set my thermostat to 73°, my house actually stays at 73°. My home smells clean, feels clean, and is finally comfortable. That is all thanks to Carlos and his crew. They were also super friendly, honest, and competitively priced. I never felt pressured, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right. I am so incredibly happy that I called EZ Comfort. After this experience, I cannot imagine hiring another HVAC company. As long as Carlos and his team are in business, they will be the only company I call.
