Everyone from Victoria to the ladies in the back are excellent. They treated Piper like one of their own.

Same as a doctor for 1/5 of the money. These people are heroes! I ran over my little dog Bella with a 5,000 pound dually trailer. Both wheels! I scooped her up and she was in shock. Eyes rolled back, tongue out. She evacuated her bowels. I was sure she was done. I rushed her in and they quickly performed a miracle on that little dog. Two months later she is good as new. It's easy to be results oriented. The negative reviews are from people who had negative outcomes largely because of their own ignorance and poor decisions. I would be leaving this same positive review if my dog had died. They give the same level of care. It's sad when people don't take responsibility and look for someone to blame. Thanks to the great staff top to bottom!

In a couple of our horses last days they showed tremendous compassion and respect and helped us get through our loss. They have accurately diagnosed and treated many different ailments and injuries on our various animals. Dr. Cole does farm calls for our cattle and is absolutely amazing. We are very blessed to have their help available. They are very reasonable on cost as well.

While I do feel like staff were very friendly and timely and that the building was clean,…read morewell-stocked, and nice, I cannot recommend this vet clinic personally based on the level of care received and the experience of their mistakes leading to us losing a pet. Our family were established clients, good on routine exams and vaccinations, but took a pet in for illness. Treatment was administered, but it got worse so we were scheduled again for a few days out, so waited and got more treatment, but things worsened even more, and we were told to go to the out-of-town emergency vet; we couldn't be fit in/they couldn't do anything else. But the emergency vet was confused how our normal vet reached the diagnosis they had and told us that the treatment we were given is what made our pet rapidly decline. The emergency vet diagnostically confirmed we'd been misdiagnosed. All Animal's missed a chronic condition, then gave us a wrong diagnosis which led to receiving medicine that not only exacerbated our pet's condition, but did so to the point that organs were failing. Our pet, who was a beloved family member, passed away at the emergency vet as a result. (The condition that should have been noticed was a heart condition that could have been managed if caught and treated.) We can't get that time back. We can't replace the loved one we've lost. I did try going back.. Switching vets is a hassle and I did like the staff here... But no matter how nice staff or facilities are, I need the veterinarian to be knowledgeable about pet health first and foremost. I'm trusting you with a family member's life. I am not angry, but I am hurt, and I do need to protect my remaining furry family.

My dog Harley was going to North Stewart Veterinary clinic for almost two years…read more The young ladies there are always very helpful and sweet. He hurt his leg in July and I took him in and he ended up having an operation on his knee. The medication that they gave him for his knee, he was allergic to. Of course nobody saw that ,and I didn't see it either. The young ladies are wonderful. I'd send them pictures a lot , I just had to make sure his leg looked okay. Harley had an extra long cone and even with that he managed to get that leg in his reach to lick it. This is why it wasn't healing. Then he looked really sick and he had no white blood cells. They had to do a blood transfusion, I had a really bad feeling after that. He wasn't going to be with me much longer. For few weeks we where going back and forth to the vet to check his blood levels and make sure he's all right. Friday the 13th he wasn't doing well and he had a vet appointment that day. They're doing a blood test to check his levels. He wasn't doing well at all, the medication that they gave him didn't help. Harley's mother died of leukemia also. I had to make the decision to put my baby down cuz I didn't want him to have to suffer. The young ladies are angels When the one girl bought Harley back to me, I'm not saying any names. But she was crying and gave me a hug. It melted my heart that she loved my dog also. I can go on an on, but if you want caring loving professionals that you can trust. There right here
