Dr Kamrae Elliott made that happen for us. I completed the form on the website when we were ready to say our goodbyes as Pepper had lung and bladder cancer. I had a phone in less than an hour, at night, from a very compassionate lady that asked me all the necessary questions and schedule Dr Elliott for the next day. Dr Elliott called us the next day to let us know she was on schedule and would be at our home soon. She took time to let Pepper get comfortable with her and she gave her a sedating shot while we loved on our girl. Pepper relaxed and eventually with a bit more sedative, she went to sleep. The IV was administered after she was resting. Dr Elliott gave us all the time we needed between each step. Pepper passed peacefully on her favorite part of the couch, surrounded by her family. It was so peaceful even when Dr Elliott took Pepper with her. I pictured a very clinical setting at the end, but it was so thoughtful and peaceful. She was treated like our baby to the end. We chose private creamation and Faithful Companion is the crematory she went to. They were also incredible and kind. Pepper passed on a Wednesday afternoon and was back home with us by Friday night, I highly recommend this service to anyone that needs it. And thank you, Lap of Love for offering your services.

From the initial phone call, to the scheduling, the on site vet was amazing - it is difficult for me to be positive in such an emotional time but this was really the best for our sweetie Sunshine. Thank you Laps of Love.

The only time I have been able to get an appointment here was walking inside the building in person. I even informed the front desk that I had been calling throughout the morning and had my call hung up, or endless ringing. The staff manning the phones.... Don't. This is coming from dealing with the office over the course of four months, with different animals and situations. Whoever is in charge does not a) regularly set up the voicemail b) respond to their internet contact c) post updated hours of operation online d) understand how to pick up calls from hold. Now, in the extremely rare occasion they DO answer the phone, all but TWICE out of a dozen calls in- they will place you on hold for ten minutes or longer. That being said: the singular great experience I had was with their vet tech Keaton. She's very caring and handles cats great.

The staff is kind and they take good care of my dog. I usually have to wait approximately 30 minutes after the appointment time. I have no problem with that but it is good to just keep that in mind if you have something planned afterwards. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experiences thus far.

I met Candace Giles there, who was very thorough in her background search of me, because I was adopting one of her fosters. I am glad she did. After speaking with Candace, I was touched by the countless hours and work that her organization puts in, to help animals in need. So, my husband and I began to foster for CCR. We also became "failed fosters" to Xena and Aries. A pair of GS siblings found underneath a bridge in Nashville, that were taped inside a box. The stories of these poor pups is heart-breaking! It was truly an eye-opening experience. You have no idea how hard it is to care for these (mostly dogs) for weeks and then having to give them back, because they are on transport to their forever homes. There are vet visits, sitting hours, acclimation, socialization, basic skills training. So much that the potential adopters do not see, goes on behind the scene. CCR is a wonderful organization, with many volunteers. Our Skeeter is going strong at almost 15! I would definitely adopt from Candace again, or even foster, if we still lived in TN.

Thank you for that information ma'am but I wanted to know how to help this cat. She was extremely rude and did not care about the animal. She did not give any resources just told me " we are super full right now. It's a major problem. You can send me pictures if you want." Horrible service.
