They truly care about your pets and their prices are very reasonable. We love them. They will call and check up on them.

I have used Mineral Wells for 16 years. Drs. Samatha & Chad Edwards & Dr. Lyons are the best. They…read moreare the ONLY vets I trust my fur babies to. They go above what any Drs. would do. The staff there and the vet techs couldn't be more helpful, understanding, and always gives you comfort. We are moving out of state and I feel like I am leaving part of my family at Mineral Wells. I just pray I can find a good Dr. where I am going. Let me just say, God Bless each and everyone of you at Mineral Wells. Norm & Rhonda Hegyi

He literally noted that Rusty was dehydrated, but he didn't even bother to run basic tests or ask for a fecal sample to see what was actually wrong. We explicitly told him that Rusty had puked up a worm, and we even pointed it out directly on their own diagram in the room. Despite knowing that, they still skipped the tests. Instead of keeping him to stabilize him or running real diagnostics, they just let us walk out the door with a dehydrated animal. Being nice doesn't replace doing thorough medical work. This isn't the first time this clinic messed up either. In the past, my girlfriend's family trusted them with their dog, Tippy, and the clinic actually lost him. Between losing a family dog and cutting corners during a medical emergency, this place is just careless. Because they skipped the right tests when it mattered most, Rusty died. If your animal is actually sick, go somewhere else that won't skip the important steps.

Would be 0 stars if purely based on front desk staff alone. Their behavior ranges from making us…read morefeel like an inconvenience and unwelcome (EVERY call or visit), to outright hostile and unpardonably rude for some of the interactions. And I've witnessed them treating others the same or worse while in the waiting room. No one should ever feel unwelcome at a business they're paying for, even more they shouldn't be made to feel stupid/bad when they're asking questions/ trying to get care for their pets! Heaven forbid your behavior make someone not want to get care and an animal suffers for it! And I've done front desk work at a vet for years while I was in school- I get that it's stressful and people can be a lot when it comes to their pets, but there is NO reason to always, without fail, be so sassy, rude, and dare I say, mean. Sarcasm and biting comments are not appropriate for dealing with customers, especially if they may be having the worst day of their life saying good bye to a family member. And as others said, it doesn't matter where you're from- you are being rude and you know it. I'd rate the technicians and vet staff higher; they're the only saving grace. I only keep going back because of them. But I think I'm going to break one day. So business advice: Train your front desk staff better or get new staff. They're the vast majority of your public interaction and they aren't doing you any favors as is. You're certainly already losing business due to this issue with how bad it is. And beyond that, no one should be anxious about calling to get my pet help, but even I am.

Anyone who lives here knows how hard it can be to find quality care, and that reality has been weighing heavy on me. I already had a stressful few weeks working through welcome season within the healthcare organization I work for, seeing firsthand how simple human errors can trickle down and impact people. Today, that stress collided with a very serious situation involving my dog's care. I felt completely hopeless. Every possible outcome ran through my mind, and I broke down. The level of care shown by the staff meant more to me than I can put into words. They didn't just treat me like a customer -- they genuinely cared and did everything they could to make things right and ensure my fur baby was taken care of. In a time when I was starting to believe good people and great customer care no longer existed, they proved me wrong. I will forever remember the two amazing men working at the Sango location that day. You brought me hope when I was losing it. I've never had a bad experience here. At every visit, they take the time to break everything down and explain it thoroughly. Even when my husband brings our dog in, they go above and beyond to educate him -- far beyond what most would consider "just part of the job." This place is rare. Compassion, education, accountability, and true care still exist here, and I am beyond grateful.
