We've had this event annually for 3 years & we've worked with Urbana Catering Concepts the last two years and we couldn't be happier with our experience from planning, to price, to the food, to the staff at the event. We were far, far happier with Urbana than the caterer we used our first year (in case you're wondering - the first year caterer was Square Rabbit). Chef Vaughn has always been really great about working with us on menu items (making suggestions & being open to ours) and working to keep us within our budget. For example - we needed a few vegan options at our event this year and Vaughn had great ideas! Since using Urbana for this event we've heard nothing but great things about the food and I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are amazingly friendly & helpful - they kept everything looking good throughout the event and even kept our donated dessert area cleaned up and looking nice.
