We had made…read morereservations a few months prior for our wedding,however we live in another state so we hadn't had a chance to see the venue other than the pictures on the website. We arrived at the venue the day before the wedding. We also had arrangements for two nights in the honeymoon suite. When we showed up, we were shown the main house that we were going to get married in. It apparently is being lived in by Patrick and his wife. Not a professional setting. But the view out back was amazing. Patrick then showed us to our " honeymoon suite". Except for it's classified more as a junior suite. No tv , room too small, and mystery door in the room as well, not to be used. That was creepy, Also in the bedroom, the queen size bed took up the whole room. There was only a little pathway to get to the bathroom, and to get to the other side of the bed. When we left that day, we decided that we had to cancel their so-called honeymoon suite because it was just too small for us. when I let Patrick know that evening that we wouldn't be staying the two nights because the suite was too small. He stated that he might have shown me the wrong room. And by that time my husband and I had already made reservations for a true honeymoon suite. The day finally arrives, we get to the venue three hours early we start to get ready. Everything seems to be OK. Now, at this point, I realize I haven't mentioned that our wedding is just my husband and myself and my maid of honor. So we did get a great price for all that. We really looked forward to having a intimate peaceful wedding. While I was getting ready with my maid of honor people that weren't invited to our wedding were coming up and talking to my fiancé at the time and he's nervous and he doesn't want to talk but these people are friends of Patrick's. It made my husband very uncomfortable. In the meantime, our photographer shows up and things seem to be smoothing out. My photographer was wonderful and we really enjoyed her. However, as I walked down the stairs to walk through the house and out, Patrick stops my photographer and tells her that she must move her vehicle. This was highly unprofessional, and did not need to be dealt with at that moment. Literally minutes before I was to walk down the aisle. So the car gets moved the photographer gets in position. I make my way past the kitchen and out the door. But as I'm walking, something doesn't look right to me, it was the position of Patrick and my fiancé. Patrick was standing in the wrong place. He stood to Todd's left. You can see when you look at the pictures what I'm talking about. Then we get to the part where Patrick officiates this wedding. I thought this was something he had done before. It clearly was not. he did not read from the book. He did not have it memorized. He had everything out of order. He had asked if anyone had any reason why we should not get married halfway into the ceremony. I had to tell him twice that we hadn't exchanged the rings. I wish I could share the video, but that's a little more personal that I'd like to do at this point. I think I can get my point across with my words in my pictures. They also said they would provide a cake which I found out two days prior because I asked, that, they decided they weren't going to do a cake for us. Thank heavens for Fred Meyers! They saved the day. Patrick also had another couple in the duplex " honeymoon suite" behind the main house. They seem to be more of a priority to Patrick than we were.

Things she promised but not deliver on; -Decorations on photo booth. Sadly, the decor for the photo booth that we provided, at our own cost, was ruined beyond repair (by Amy) and we were unable to use at the reception. More things she promised but not deliver on; -Outdoor games incl. cornhole -Price quote for fresh flowers -Fresh flowers on cake & help serving the cake -Assistance with wedding planning -Help directing activities during reception and being present and available during reception. We were constantly looking for her. -Having all the decorations prepped and ready to go prior to ceremony. We delivered decorations starting 2 weeks prior (per her request so that she could have them ready), however, she did not even look at them until the ceremony was about to begin. Unfortunately, some decor didn't make it out at all. Areas Amy was lacking in; -COMMUNICATION, VERY, VERY hard to get in contact with her, does not return phone calls/texts -ORGANIZATION, very unorganized, back rooms look like a hoarder house. Kitchen was very dirty. -Personal attention, she was taking personal texts/phonecalls during our rehearsal. -We personally went over what linens/decor we wanted on the dining table MONTHS prior and Amy as well as us took pics of the tables. We had to remind her MANY, MANY times what we had decided on. This included on the night of rehearsal! At the rehearsal she was trying to talk us into table linens that weren't even my daughters colors! We had given her a swatch MONTHS prior. Pros, things that were provided, Beautiful, beautiful property Tables & chairs provided Bathrooms provided Jesse (partner) was very helpful and tried to compensate for Amy Serving of food (food brought by us) Using our decorations, they did get the wedding arch decorated nicely (I assume this was done by Jesse) Sound system Table #'s provided Engaged couples beware! They have a wonderful property, however the management of the venue is very, very lacking. One of their big selling points is that they say they help with the wedding planning. They do not!
