I picked Leo after reading his reviews here on Yelp. He replied to my inquiry, set up an…read moreappointment and came to look at our LG dishwasher that had been making a strange noise. Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, He told me he would look up the cost of the part and get back to me. It wasn't 2 hours later he texted me a price. It was during this time that I realized that it was still under warranty and while on the phone with LG, was texting with Leo to ask questions. I was able to get him set up to be able to order the part from LG for free under our warranty. It took a couple days, but he stayed in contact with me and after a few days of waiting, informed that the part had arrived. We scheduled a time for him to install and he came this morning to do the job. He was quick and efficient and it was about 35 mins and the job was complete. The dishwasher sounds like it did before and we can't be happier with the job. He charged us for his time only, just as we discussed. I hope I don't have to call him again for something else broken, but if I do, won't hesitate. Also, I plan to also share his info with anyone I know who needs an appliance fixed. A true and honest repairman- so rare to find these days. Call him, you won't be disappointed!

The gentle man that I was speaking with on the phone said it sounded like the microwave door latches needed to be replaced. When the technician Joe showed up at my house the next day he stunk like a cigarette. He preceded to take pictures of the serial number on the appliance. In conversation I told him that the same Kitchen Aid microwave that I have is currently 499.00 dollars at Lowes . He then told me with out doing any diagnoses that the repair was going to be 450.00 dollars so I was better off just buying a new microwave. He also said nowadays the microwaves that they manufacture are throwaways and that when they go bad you throw them out and replace them with a new one. Now if that is the case why didn't the gentleman on the phone when I called them explain that to me. It seems to me they just wanted the 121.00 dollar service call fee that I paid them. Ironically I looked up on line the prices of the switches and they were 24.99 each. I also took apart the control panel and cleaned the switches and now the microwave door switches work fine. I also wanted to add that we used Georges appliance repair in the past and we had no issues. So we were not a first time customer. When I called Georges after I fixed the latches I got nothing but a lot of crap from the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone.

This is very good but that's the only good thing. The technician was very nice but he couldn't diagnose the right problem. He looked at the controls but didn't open to look at the inside. Then he concluded it's getting old. Other than this, it's functioning properly. It's about 15 minutes and costed me $99 plus tax. I specifically asked him would it be the problem of the controls but he didn't think so. I later called the manufacturer support to inquire about this. The rep helped me to identify the problem was indeed the controls. I called Mr Appliance to tell them about this. They sent the same technician again without charging me. He still didn't open it up to look at the inside. He just called the manufacturer to ask their suggestion and get the parts number for the control board. I ended up buying the part online and fixed it myself and it's not that hard but wold get your hands dirty and greasy.

Communication has been extremely poor -- our calls are ignored, and when we do receive responses, they appear to be automated AI-generated messages rather than actual customer support. What makes this even more frustrating is that this company was recommended by Miele Coffee as a certified Miele technician. For the amount charged, we expected professional service and competent repairs. Instead, nothing has been fixed correctly. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend avoiding this company!!!! Terrible Service!
