Store manager was very kind and helped me find my new dishwasher. Price was great and definitely best pick if I ever need another appliance.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'm not someone who writes reviews but I am making a point to…read morepost this. We have purchased a water heater, new AC, and almost purchased a furnace from them all in the last 3 years. I now question whether or not we actually needed to replace our water heater and AC, because they heavily pitched us on just buying a new one at the time and we trusted them. When our furnace stopped working, we called them yet again and their tech came out and spent a couple hours trying to fix the problem before deciding we needed a new motherboard. He contacted "his reps" and we waited for a week and a half for "his reps" to ultimately send the wrong part. No one realized this and the tech came out and worked on putting the wrong motherboard in for a few hours. When the tech eventually figured out it was the wrong part, he contacted "his rep" and they said they can't get our motherboard anymore and we would have to buy a whole new furnace. By this point, we were without heat for 2+ weeks in mid to late October. Then the sales guy calls me to pitch me his quotes on a new furnace and talks down to me because I'm a woman, telling me I should speak with my husband. Disgusting. He gives me a quote that is about $1500 higher than the other company we ultimately went with. Fast forward to now and this company has the guts to send us a bill for $500. For what? The tech literally did nothing the entire time he was here. We are happy to pay for his time for the initial visit when we didn't know what was wrong, but it's not our fault their "rep" sent the wrong part and sent their tech on a wild goose chase for 3+ hours. Send the bill to their rep or eat the cost. If the rep had told them they couldn't get the part in the first place, it would have been over with right there. When my husband called to argue, the sales guy acted like he was doing us a favor by somehow sending us a bill for only $500. What? Absolutely sleazy sales techniques. I have already told multiple people never to work with this company and plan to tell everyone who will listen never to work with them. This is NOT how you treat people, especially good customers who have already purchased an AC and water heater through you. Shame on you.

I called to have our well looked at as it quit working . They said it would be a coupe weeks before…read morethey could make it out to look at it , which was fine. When they came out , they brought two service trucks along with two guys. The looked at the well and determined they needed to drive both rigs across out driveway curbing and yard to get close enough to the well to run a generator cord to it. After jumping it they determined it was a electrical issue and I needed to call someone else. So after being there for 30. Mins- 1/2 hour , busted up concrete and having to call someone else we got a bill for 510.00 ( which was for a service rig to come out, and two hour labor for two guy making it four hours labor). Beware , if you stop at there office and want to pay with a debit, or credit card , that will cost you an additional 4%.
