If I spent the entire day typing positive things about Dr. O'mallon, it STILL wouldn't be enough…read more He is, hands down, one of the best pediatric dentists in the area, and I am so proud to call myself his patient. Dr. O'mallon is a pediatric dentist, which means he specializes in little mouths and their not-so-little problems. There are other pediatric dentists in the area, but what sets Dr. O'mallon apart is his gentle nature with kids. He truly cares for the dental health and well-being of his patients. I referred my nieces to Dr. O'mallon, and my sister-in-law absolutely loves the office. I had a lot of dental problems as a kid - soft enamel, lots of cavities, excess teeth, etc. My parents searched far and wide for a dentist that I would feel comfortable with AND solve my many, many dental problems. No joke, we went to three or four dentists before being referred to Dr. O'mallon. I am a 30 year old woman, and I still go to Dr. O'mallon. Why? Because he is amazing! And, since I was his patient from when I was a child, he still takes me. He won't take new adult patients, but he will see patients he's treated since they were children. I am so grateful for that! Dr. O'mallon, you can never retire!!!!!! On top of that, Dr. O'mallon's staff has been there for years, and they are just as caring as he is. They are truly a dental family. Shout out to Carol, Doris, and Myra for being O'mallon's A-Team. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist, don't hesitate to take your child to Dr. O'mallon. They will be in the best hands!

I am now 44 years old and I hope his practices have changed because I can tell you at the age of three I was put in restraints and my mother had no idea because she was not allowed to come in the back. I have spent over $30,000 just trying to be able to smile because of how much the anxiety of going to a dentist from childhood trauma has caused me.

I recently visited with the hygienist Ashley is extremely gentle with her cleanings and techniques will using her tools caused no pain. She was a very informative patient and kind while explaining what she was doing and what I can do better going forward. The office is always clean, bright and they play great music. They used up-to-date equipment when taking x-rays and pictures of my teeth.

When I arrived, I was offered a cleaning and a dental exam as well. Before agreeing, I specifically asked how long everything would take because I had my newborn baby with me, and my nanny was waiting with him while I was in the appointment. As a breastfeeding mother, timing was especially important. I was told the entire visit would take about one hour. Since I was already there, I agreed to have the cleaning and exam done along with the filling. After the cleaning and exam were completed, I was informed that Dr. Anand Ishdeep was busy and would not be able to replace my filling right away. I was asked to continue waiting until he became available. In the end, I spent nearly three hours in the office for a procedure that took approximately 20 minutes to complete. Despite having an appointment and explaining my situation, there seemed to be very little regard for my time. What concerns me even more is the result. It has been two weeks since the filling was placed, and the tooth is still painful. Before the procedure, I did not have any pain in that tooth. I am also unhappy with the way the tooth was shaped after the treatment. The repaired area feels rough and unnatural, as if a groove was simply cut into the tooth rather than restoring its natural anatomy and contours. It does not feel comfortable and does not feel like the tooth was properly finished. The staff was polite, but the scheduling, communication, and overall quality of the treatment were disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not return.

Let me start by saying I have never "loved" or even "liked" a dental office before (like most…read morepeople, I assume) lol. It was always just a range of "ok" to "terrible" and I was just trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. Dental work, in general, is just not fun. But Dr. Seok and his dental assistants make it damn-near enjoyable, believe it or not. I've been seeing him for several months now, getting a series of fillings, root canals, and crowns. He clearly explains procedures before, during, and after. Sets realistic expectations, and works with you if you aren't initially happy with the result. Scheduling is soooo easy and convenient. Once you're an established client, they will text you with updates and you can even schedule/reschedule appts via text. The dental assistants are kind and helpful and always greet me by name. So in summary: A+ quality work A+ quality service The only dentist I'll ever see!

Then after he did a root canal the insurance said he didn't fill the tooth properly and denied the crown. Warning number three. Because insurance wouldn't cover the crown I decided to pay for it out of pocket and that's when the nightmare began. Dr. Lee literally traumatized me with how much pain I went through and after all my suffering he wasn't even able to successfully complete the crown. I gave him two chances and the crown fell off each time. After that I asked for a refund and he tried to get me to come in to have him attempt the crown for the THIRD time. When I declined and insisted on a refund, he asked me to sign a liability release form that would prevent me from sharing the negative experience. After I refused to sign unless I could settle for damages before things got nasty and his office's reputation was impacted, he claimed I was "harassing" the office and terminated me as a patient. Honestly, Dr. Lee is clearly was incompetent so I wasn't going to subject myself to anymore pain and never intended on going back. I had already terminated him as my dentist. I just find the categorization of me holding him accountable as "harassment," ridiculous and laughable. Please learn from my experience. Dr. Lee doesn't care about his patients; when things go wrong instead of taking responsibility he will blame you, the patient.
