I came here in 2018 after reading great reviews on Yelp and finding a Groupon deal. I'll get…read morestraight to the point - this place is a scam. While you sit in the chair getting your teeth whitened, they give you these yellow tinted plastic glasses that supposedly protect your eyes. I was doubtful because they look like they came out of a cereal box. When you're done with the procedure, you take the glasses off and your teeth look pretty white. A glass of lemonade would look white at that point too - after spending about an hour seeing everything tinted yellow. When my eyes had adjusted and I got home I realized my teeth hadn't whitened at all. Tricky! They also are very pushy to get you to buy another session at a discount. The discount only applies if you pay on the spot, and they really press you. I paid in the office for a second session that I didn't even bother going back for because it's truly a waste of time for minimal results. They sometimes offer a discount for positive Yelp reviews, so keep in mind that a lot of these 5 stars are from people who are getting some money back and haven't had enough time to realize their teeth are same as always. As a final insult, my teeth were incredibly, painfully sensitive for the rest of the day.

Great service expert care will return! Very clear about their policies and procedures and…read morereasonable price

I want to be clear that my doctor, Dr. Clay, was great and I have no complaints about his care…read more Unfortunately, the front desk/reception service has been one of the worst parts of coming here. After my implant surgery with another doctor, I was told by my doctor that picking up my essix retainer would be a simple pickup. Instead, the receptionist insisted I book an appointment. I ended up waiting 45 minutes in pain just to get something that should have been ready, and I was told that she just "couldn't find it". Consent paperwork was not handled properly. I wasn't given a consent form until AFTER we went ahead with treatment and payment was made. As I asked why was I given the form now, I was told to "just sign it". My latest appointment was rescheduled without my consent, and when I asked about it, I was told I must have booked the wrong time, even though I have a screenshots showing I was correct. On top of these mistakes, the reception staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. It's really disappointing because the doctor's work was great, but I have to say the overall experience with this office, because of the front desk, is extremely unpleasant.

Incredibly unfortunate that I needed to stop going to MDG as their dentists and oral hygenists are…read moreexcellent and I've been going there for years. I was pressured into rescheduling an appointment instead of cancelling as I requestee. When I couldn't make the rescheduled date and had to reschedule again, they charged me a cancellation fee. A good dental office ruined by shady business practices.

Environment is very comfortable Dr. Steinbach was the first doctor when I was visiting right after covid ended because I had a root canal during covid that needed a crown. He was very honest with me and told me I would need an implant. It was a very dramatic news for me but they were wonderful. I was referred out to the close by ortho dentist and the came back to get my crown. The entire experience was straight forward and easy. They never tried to upsell me anything. My only issue with this location is the Dental Cleaning. After finishing up the issues with my teeth, I had a dental cleaning and it was extremely painful. I thought it was just normal when I started visiting the Court Side location since it was more convenient for me, Dr. Karpova did my cleaning was literally pain free. I assumed it was cause maybe previously I had dirty teeth This month I did cleaning at this location again since it was convenient and since I been keeping up with all my cleanings it wouldnt be too bad. No, it was very rough and felt rushed. I did not feel comfortable at all. I might try court street again for cleaning, but if its still painful I think I will switching for cleaning. However for other procedures where the actual dentist is working on it, I would absolutely recommend this place.
