I was there with about 15 colleagues for a team-building event, and the experience was genuinely impressive from start to finish. We rented a private room from the morning through early afternoon and actually spent about four hours using the space to get real work done before the fun began. Coffee and water were available when we arrived, and the room was comfortable and well set up for meetings, which made it easy to be productive. Lunch was a make-your-own taco buffet, which was delicious and worked well for a group with different preferences. The staff tended to us constantly throughout the morning and into the activities later on. After lunch, we did a scavenger hunt followed by unlimited-play game cards for the rest of the day. It struck a really nice balance between structured activities and free time. Since this was a Wednesday afternoon, it was relatively quiet, which made everything even better -- easy to talk, easy to move around, and no crowds...anywhere. Overall, it was a really nice way to host an off-site team-building day. Well run, attentive staff, good food, and just enough gaming mixed in to keep things fun. I'd absolutely recommend this location for a corporate event or group outing.

We finished our beers before the appetizers even came out and they came with our entrees which isn't ideal. Left annoyed and still hungry since everything was cold and the pasta was drenched in oil. Didn't bother staying for dessert. Arcade area had way less games these days and most weren't even working. Lame..

The game masters were very accommodating and started us right away and there was no wait in between each rooms. The lobby is an open area with just the entrance to the three rooms. You enter into the same hallways but get debriefed at a different door each time depending on the game you are playing. It's definitely a more fun experience if you attend with people that you know share the same momentum and goal. Purchasing all 3 games is the most worth it, but when it gets busy you may have to share the room w/ random people or have to wait in between rooms. We're glad that we decided to try all 3 and receive the full experience. As for the rooms, if you like Disney rides, you are going to love these! The high tech quality of the props, storyline, and surround sound system implemented were all state-of-the-art. One minute, you'll feel like you're in an Egyptian tomb, the next in a futuristic spaceship, and then entering a hundred year old castle. The puzzles were not hard, some were actually pretty much geared towards kids. This is not your typical puzzle-heavy escape room. You are really here to experience a movie set and immerse yourself into it like an actor on set. We enjoyed all 3 rooms, but if we had to pick a favorite, I would say the "Tomb" is up there. They will give you a score at the end, pending on the time you spend in there, how many errors you've made, and if you used any of the clues or not (the clues are "voluntarily" given pending on the time you spend at a specific location because remember these are 30 minute rooms so the game will push you along and will not let you be stuck at a place for too long). Check out our proud scores below. Maybe not the castle one.. *For more info, check out my Yelp profile.

I wish it longer and let us try for a little longer at some of the challenges I felt like it wasn't enough time to solve a few of them since it was just 2 of us playing.

You'll otherwise see the Palisades Skating School in action here a couple days per week, hockey games, freestyle private lessons and people of all levels practicing. You can rent skates or bring your own. Prices are average - skate rental is free in January usually for national shate month. They have lockers to store stuff, but it's generally safe here to leave your items on the bleachers while skating. I've spent a looot of time sitting on those bleachers. There are some arcade games as well, bathrooms in the rear. Bring some friends and have fun. Oh, they also allow you to host birthday parties.

However, I was just coming for the ice skating so, I parked by Macys and rode up 2 flights to enter the rink. Skating fee and rental for skates seemed comparable to other areas I've been to. It was a little hectic, picking up the skates as you had to wait for the group prior to return them. Once we got our skates on in the rink opened, it was easy peasy. There was music in the background, which really amped up the vibe and make for extra jamming. There are bathrooms inside and right outside the rink for ease. A couple of downsides I found are- I was a little grossed out that they don't spray down the rental skates with any kind of disinfectant spray as I've seen done at other places after being returned and also I didn't feel like the staff on the rink was very attentive. There were some boys being quite disruptive and I noticed several beginners fall as these boys were speeding past them and almost on top of them. Also, there isn't any type of concession stand, but really not a problem being that you are in a mall and can always grab food anywhere.
