A quick search led me to Beverly Hills Spa, and that ended up being a great find. From the first phone call, the experience was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was already in a chair with fluids running within another 10 minutes. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and they made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Overall, a very positive and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back.

The result was anything but attractive. Thank goodness I don't often pout because I have this lump where I ought to have a chin. Needless to say I am not happy. This injector is a trained Neurologist. It is concerning that this could inadvertently happen. I scheduled an appt. on line to have this taken care of. I was charged $44 for 4 units botox to relax the muscle. It resolved the issue caused by them and an additional charge to me. My lips are fine, though I feel they aren't full enough. The rest of my botox seems okay. I am sure this was not the norm, but they should have taken care of it with no additional charge to me.

They use a Hungarian skin care line of products called "Eminence" that hails from Hungary where they both grew up. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner. I will be seeking a new doctor to monitor my autoimmune disease and administer my refills.

When I called to book an appointment for Sun, Jan 5 - I was told that the gift certificate could NOT be used unless we were staying on property. There was NO mention of blackout dates in the terms & conditions. Jan 5 is also on the edge of being a "holiday". Cmon. Also, The Breakers/spa failed to mention it when my husband purchased the gift. I understand the importance of prioritizing the guest experience who are staying on property. I was a Breakers bride and respect that. However, to NOT even disclose that information to people buying gift certificates during the holiday season is shady and not transparent. Predatory even. I spoke with Amy who is a Director and she said she could put me on a standby list. No thanks. We are requesting a refund and will take our spa dollars to the Eau Palm Beach Resort (which is supposed to have a MUCH better spa anyways). So disappointed in the Breakers. Poor form.
