Been following this store on Instagram for quite some time now and finally got a chance to stop in and browze. First of all, it is bigger than it appears from the front! Make sure you check out the back area...lots more stuff out there. Yes, it is as crowded as the front is, but that is what you want when looking at these types of places. You have to hunt to find your treasure! I think it was the owner that helped us - very friendly, very knowledgeable. We got a few things to add to my garden, so I left a happy camper! It is bit hot and stuffy in there, so go early in the day before the heat really hits!

Unique finds for gifts and a great supply of stuff to fix up and make your own! I definitely need to go back there for more great stuff.

I wish I had the backyard I wanted, I would shop for everything here!!! Such a collection of anything I would want or need!! I did end up getting some of their beads which are awesome too!! I would like to love this place, as I have money to spend and they appear to have what I want. But the owner is a piece of work. He posts facebook market place ads of his stuff, and when I try to ask simply "what are your hours" he sends me pics of "go to my Instagram and my website." I did both - no hours are present there. It is not that complicated to post your hours or simply respond with hours. Given the current price of gas, it is not unheard of for people driving more than hour to your location to want to ensure you are open so they do not waste a trip. I would rather not have anything then deal with this passive aggressive BS when all I wanted to do was give you money for merchandise. No thanks, I'll but elsewhere. read more

I was in rust heaven! I Jell-O and the lady were very very friendly and very helpful but let you look to your hearts content. It's a bit of a drive from Tucson, but trust me it is so worth it! I will definitely be returning. You can get on their mailing list also go to Facebook and sign up and you'll find out when their sales are. I highly recommend & their prices are good. give yourself a lot of time to look because there's a whole Lotta stuff to look at! read more

Such a cute little shop! The clutter is a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get past that it is full of treasures! The owners are husband and wife and so kind! We were able to get Pottery Barn style window panes for cheap and my mom was beyond excited. Be ready to dig for the gold, but it is so worth it when you find it! read more

If you are looking for rusty metal oddities for a project this is the place to find them. Inventory seems to change constantly so a weekly check in is always productive. Fair prices, and some very interesting remnants. Before you go check their website for days they are open - usually 2-3 weekdays and Saturdays, but it can change. Bring your gloves, wear closed toe shoes and get ready to get dusty and rusty. This place is a fun place to pick!! Also, very little parking in front of their business, so be prepared to find alternative parking. read more

As mentioned in other reviews, there's ample parking and usually homeless people outside. They haven't bothered me or other patrons. There's a bathroom that requires a passcode, probably as an anti-homeless measure... I'm not sure how large other Goodwills tend to be, but I'm always able to walk out of the store with something decent. I've purchased bowls and dishes for about $1/piece, dresses for $8 avg, skirts for about $7 avg, tops for $6 avg. I've even purchased 2 suit sets for $10 each -- 100% silk and 100% wool respectively! Always happy with my experience at this store, although it's more expensive than I'd like a thrift store to be (then again maybe that's just the world we live in, in general). Note: if you donate a bag of clothes, you can get a 20% off coupon, although sometimes the cashier hooks me up with the coupon anyway!

Way before covid, the goodwill on Peoria, in peoria Az took theyr Career Center out of the store,…read moredue to low staffing. Then we had Covid and they now are saying the dressing rooms cant be opened back up because of that! You purchase something at goodwill for a BIG price, you cant try it on, and you have a week to bring it back, AND you only get store credit, they win twice, they get the item and you have to spend the money at goodwill. They dont have the big sales like the 3rd week of the month, at 50 or 75% off! Why not? I know goodwill is a non proffitt and supposed to pay a percentage of theyr earnings but, a friend of mine works where they send the money and goodwill hadnt paid in a couple years. Goodwill needs to come down on theyr prices, way to hi. stop taking cords of the radios, hooks off shower curtains, and so on, sell them with the item it came with. STOP PUTTING THE TAGS ON THE FRONT OF READING GLASSES and ON TOP SOMETHING THAT HAS A LOGAL. I could say more but i will stop here.

2/28/26: it was disappointing eating lunch at The Farm. Years ago we had eaten at Quiessence and…read morehad a lovely time. Wanting to try another of their restaurants before the ungodly heat arrived, we decided to stop in for lunch. Parking: can be a bit nerve wracking, especially parking in the dirt lots east of the place. You have to walk across 32nd St & if you know Phoenix drivers, this can be dangerous. There is a pedestrian light now, though, so that helps -- but oddly enough, there's no "walk" signage. It's merely a blinking yellow light for north- sound-bound traffic so you have to pray to the universe drivers are paying attention & actually stop for you. Ordering: a bit odd. The main door we went in was more the middle door that didn't really take you to the beginning. There's a drink station then the food station. We skedaddled to the right of the main doors for the drink order, only to discover there's another door that people walk through to place orders. So we joggled w/ another customer trying to figure out who was there first. It honestly felt like a school cafeteria, a bit chaotic, as well as cramped. The patio was pretty large & well shaded, but it was also full -- and this particular day also the ONLY SHADE. We were left to sit at one of their many tables on the grounds with no shade. Food: not worth the $77 we paid. I get it's a working farm, & though we try to support local as much as possible, the food we ordered was not good enough that we will stop by again. The strawberry fields salad was a typical salad, no wow factor there. The Italian sammy was dry. There was a minuscule amount of some kind of dressing on it, but def not enough. Dessert: red velvet whoopie pie was so overpriced it's not funny. If it tasted great, I wouldn't complain...it did not taste great. The pecan pie was abysmal; not enough filling and very bland. Two "specialty" drinks, a salad, a sandwich, & two small desserts, for $77? No, sorry, not again.

I know streaming movies from the comforts of home is a big thing these days. But I still love going…read moreto the movies! I am also a big fan of Harkins Theatres. My brother worked for Harkins back in high school and I got into a lot of free movies back then. I saw all the big blockbuster movies back in the 1990s at the old Cine Capri in Phoenix and the Camelview 5 in Scottsdale. I am all about the movie experience, especially movies that have a lot of action and special effects. I still enjoy dinner and a movie date nights. This Harkins location is in North Scottsdale right off the 101 and has plenty of parking and restaurants all around. I was recently in the area and caught the latest "Superman" movie in the CINÉ XL theater. Harkins Theatres Scottsdale 101 14 has 14 screens and all the updated stuff like stadium seating and electronic reclining seats. The CINÉBAR has a variety of wines and rotating craft beers. Food can be ordered ahead of time on the Harkins mobile app. A Cine Capri-style auditorium was built at Scottsdale 101 in 2003. It is called CINÉ XL and has an extra large screen, a gold curtain that opens up before the movie begins and Dolby Atmos sound with a 4K laser projection. There is also a small Cine Capri museum here with pictures of the old theater in Phoenix. I like going to Harkins Theatres because they offer the best deals for a regular movie goer like myself. I'm part of the My Harkins Awards program where you get discounts after so many visits. They have an annual Popcorn Perks program where you can get 36 medium popcorns for a year for $40 (one popcorn per visit). I also purchase the loyalty cup and get my $3 refillable drink at each show. I save on admission price by seeing most of my movies during matinee hours. Going to the movies doesn't have to be expensive if you look for the deals. Sometimes the concession lines can be long at Harkins. A lot of young folks work at Harkins and can be a little slow at times. Plus certain people bog up the lines because they order way too much food and snacks for a two hour movie. But I still enjoy my movie experience and what Harkins Theatres has to offer.

Once inside, the service really stood out. The servers were attentive without being overbearing, and having everything brought right to your seat? So convenient and honestly kind of luxurious. It made the whole experience feel super relaxed. The only slight miss for me was the food. I ordered a frozen margarita and the mac and cheese with bacon neither was bad, just a little underwhelming. Definitely not a dealbreaker though, and I'd be curious to try something different next time. Overall, such a fun and comfortable way to watch a movie I'll absolutely be back.
