Her gumbo fries today (8/9/24) were on point. The gumbo "sauce" was thickened up to gravy consistency, complimenting the fries perfectly. The spice base was excellent. The shrimp were plentiful and seasoned just right. Real andouilles sausage was the perfect balance. As a side note, this is the small business we need to support. Day of, the chefs showed up early, got set up quickly, and were ready to go right on time. I could not have been more pleased. Chef Will developed and executed a perfect 5 course menu for myself and a group of friends who were renting a house in La Quinta for the weekend. We requested table service for this event and Liza did not disappoint. Her big smile, tremendous energy and great laugh was infectious. The attention to detail that Will and Liza brought to this event made it easy for me (the hostess) to relax and enjoy myself. The food was not only delicious but the presentation was gorgeous.
