I could not have been more pleased. Chef Will developed and executed a perfect 5 course menu for myself and a group of friends who were renting a house in La Quinta for the weekend. We requested table service for this event and Liza did not disappoint. Her big smile, tremendous energy and great laugh was infectious. The attention to detail that Will and Liza brought to this event made it easy for me (the hostess) to relax and enjoy myself. The food was not only delicious but the presentation was gorgeous. Will showed up with his own portable kitchen to ease his preparation and additional items like glasses and napkins to supplement what was at the rental house.
