Due to my lack of experience, she was so helpful with finding a customized menu, adjusting it for my pescetarian sister in law, working around my budget, creating a special dish for my 4 year old daughter, coming up with a special cocktail, goodness the list goes on. She was extremely patient and excited to work with us and I am thrilled to report that my family loved it! Even my in-laws (phew). If/when I have another shoot in the desert area, Sophie will be the first person that I call for meals for the cast and crew! Both were cooked and seasoned well. Steak was not too saucy so you can enjoy as is or dip it in sauce. I usually find hibachi to be a little on the bland side, so I was very pleasantly surprised with all the flavor in this food. They offer pretty competitive pricing and will get the party started, even on a Sunday afternoon. Book them!
